3 of us are headed to Lolo on Saturday and looking for someone to ride with on Sunday and Monday. We are staying in Lolo at some familys house but will ride about anywhere. We will all have good sleds are are more than capable of keeping up. Would like to hook up with someone that knows the area to show us around. If someone wouldnt mind doing that can you shoot me a PM. None of us have ever riddent this area before.

Get down to the Lolo Super Stop (gas station on the corner of Hwy12 and Hwy93 headed up Lolo Creek) by 8 am. A lot of riders fuel and or meet there before heading up the creek. Ask one or more of them if you guys can tag along.

Otherwise head to the top of the pass and do the same. The visitor parking area will start filling up around 9 - 10 am. Ask whoever pulls in about tagging along.

Good luck.

By the sounds of it we could have a forum wolf hunt as well! As indoubtgasit said, even the wardens want them the heck out of our state! Maybe we can use a few left over burgers and all go blast one sunday morning! haha, and as of now i'm planning on going to the game (unless it snows enough) then to the get together after. see you all there!

HAHA. I was going to invite anyone to join me for the doggie hunts. The more hunters, the closer we get to filling those quotas.

Scott or anyone else know if or how you can scan back thru the Lolo Pass Web cam pictures?

This morning at 5:50 am it caught 2 "dogs" in the image (appear to be wolves). By the time I copied the URL image and posted it on here and then checked it had updated to a 6:05 image and the dogs were gone by then. Seems for some reason even though I copied the image that it updated to the next image automatically when the camera took it's next picture.

I don't think you can scan back through the pics, but that would be really cool to see if they were wolves.

I can't see a link to photo archives.
I sent them an email.

In the future...right click on the image and then click "save as".
THEN you'll have to upload the picture to SnoWest or a photo host like photobucket.
