thanks for the nomination although I'm not a Liberal, just someone that has and open mind. I am more of a Libertarian or an Independent.

The definition of a liberal is "Being so open minded that the brains have completely fallen out".
That being said, I think that being libertarian is a far cry from being what the demonrat party of today has become and that is nothing more than special interest socialists that could care less about the constitution and the principles that this country was founded on.
There are many things that need to be changed in this country but, my short list of two things would be a step in the right direction.
Term limits for all .
No riders on bills unless they pertain to the bill at hand.
