rode today
anybody rode today? I did... for about 5 plus total miles... wet snow, some drift in the ditch.. worthless... I rode on hay and bean field, about 4 inch total, but hey at least I finally get to ride after my two months sober...
we're heading out west this thursday.. so cant wait!

Rode all day. Hard to see, but we have good snow to ride. We will be riding tomorrow also. We ended with around 10" of heavy wet snow. Ditches are a blast to ride in, snow over your hood in several places.
lucky, you have more snow from south, im from north and it wasnt enough snow here.

i just returned from there, a couple friends of mine were thinking they should travel this morning and ended up in the median of i-80 and they have a no tow ordinance in effect. so i drove down there and pulled them out i was real close to loading up sled and staying down there but as it turned out i journeyed back home. i was just checking to hear the real weather report as i vetoed the weather channel
earlier this year!!

i knew i shouldve took my sled with me today. I seen 2 skidoos at audoban at the gas station filling up.

Those Saylorville maps leave a lot to be desired.
Can anybody tell me what the trail is?
Is it on the bike paths or??
How long is the trail?
Where can you park and unload?

you got more snow than us! would of come down but working on a new trailer. going to gooseneck it and a few more goodies before heading to colorado
No problem. Put a 175 miles on it and all was good. Recall for remapping worked. Never died one time all weekend. Will be getting it ready this weekend for the snowies.

Hey fellow sledders how is the riding after the big snow last weekend? Worth loading up and coming down from northern IA (we've got nothing). Got back from Hayward WI last weekend and that is pretty well shot as well. Bored looking for somewhere to ride. Thanks
