Lethargic boost?

Is there any good way to tell without tearing half the sled down?! Ran an inspection camera in, no obvious signs of tears anywhere. Sprayed brake clean on both sides with the sled idling, no change in idle.

You have to flood it with brake clean, not just a little spray. Pull the secondary so you can get in there.

Thanks for the tip, I'll give it a good soaking tonight..

Had the secondary off and was back in there this morning, seemed like the mag side clamp from airbox to throttle body wasn't fully tight and the machine screw head is a bit stripped... I've had numerous problems since they did a warranty replacement on my throttle cable so maybe this clamp not being fully tight is the last culprit... The lethargic boost started after they did the throttle cable.. First it was a major boost leak, after 2 times back to the shop they fixed that.. but still wont pull top end even running an aftermarket tune (81-8200rpm MAX).

I also noticed the clamp from charge tube to airbox was barely tight so maybe that was it...

Either way I'll soak them with brake clean tonight and see if she revvs up at idle. ?

Hoping the throttle body adapters aren't torn, I can't seem to find them in stock anywhere... but the dealer said he might have a surplus set hiding in the back for me.

Day three. It’s right next to the wheel in the picture. Still holding.
Should start a what can you glue thread.
Did you do anything special to get the belting clean before gluing?
Did you work the glue through the belt thickness to get maximum adhesion?

Lost about 300 rpm on top end and was definitely more lethargic throughout the rpm range

Couple options coming.
It’s great to see aftermarket companies step up to the plate when corporate fails.

I was thinking about 3d printing a set when I couldn't find them in stock anywhere.

Luckily it was just a loose clamp / stripped machine screw from an overly skilled tech changing the throttle cable at the dealer.

Back in action now.. she sure screams on the vohk avgas tune... holy!!

50/50 or what do you have to run?
