Lake Powell

We call the first one "The Bat Cave" My kids love that one. We found another cave this time that was wicked! I will try and figure out how to post pics.

I think it was the 28th last Thursday night. The anchor was a large sand anchor...I bet they weigh 50-60 pounds. You know how they only open a little way and dig when they get pulled on....Well the house boat pulled a little too hard and it broke whatever held it from opening all the way. And hell no watch my sh!t float away!!! Had my boat tied to the back of the house boat pushing the ars end into the wind and had both motor on the house boat pegged...This held the boat while we added more anchors and re-set the pulled/broken ones.

we hardly ever stay in the bay but we didnt need shade cuz it wasn't scorching and the sand was nice for the kids. Much rather be tucked up in a canyon tied to big rocks:)

is that an old Connelly?

Are you serious? 70° is wetsuit temps? LOL. We've usually shed the wetsuit when it gets up to about 57°. LOL

Memorial Day, 2009, at Seeley Lake, MT. Water temp was 48° and peeps were skiing in shorts and a life vest. HAHA.

yeah but MT isn't full of smart folks. coming from a guy who hit it 2 days after ice out in 34 degree surface temp(ie 2 inches down).

Yup is a Connelly ski, it belonged to my old buddy Shad, its the one that i learned to ski with, but i use a parabolic HO ..." these days.....
