just bought a older carl's 910

hey ya im new to this gig just bought a carl's 910 for my 02 rmk 800 "162. I figured if im swappin in a mod big bore this was the place for info. I live in MN but only ride out west when i can, love the bluebird and pow! Im tryin to find some high elevation domes for my 910 and any other info on this "old school" beast. thanks mike.

Isn't Carl's 910 a Polaris Motor for an 02 - 05 Polaris RMK? You might get a better response if you post in the Polaris section. Best bet would be to just call them directly. I was running their setup when I had my 02 RMK, great guys to work with.

what domes are you running now? I'm also from Minnesota and am running a Carl's 910 in my 05 edge rmk. Out west I run the 15:1 domes at 8000 and above and run 25% 114 at home straight 114 with the 15:1 domes.

Use the 03 head mine had 150 psi @ 2000 feet my riding was 4/ 6800 feet use 03 needles

I have the lower elevation domes not sure what compression ratio. The guy I got the 910 from is a mechanic at carl's and he only ran it around 6000 ft. He checked for me and carl's doesn't have any high elevation domes and I have had no luck finding good used ones.
