It just keeps coming here in California. Supposed to get another 2 feet tonight. Almost finished shoveling the roof here at the shop now i have to shovel the house. It might clear up Tomorrow and for sure Monday. can't wait.

Man you need to get out west! Utah's mountains are getting dumped on.. once or twice a week consistently!!:D Plenty of snow in the forecast too!! Its amazing!! From the sounds of it everywhere out west is getting a ton of snow!!

According to NWAC the South Washington Cascades have gotten 5-8' of snow in the last week, with another 1-2' forecast over the next few days.

The base at about 5800 feet is about 16'!!!

I can vouch for that, I was up on Thursday and all I can say is wow, almost made my turbo feel like a stocker....well not really, but definitely shows its limits.

Haven't experienced it on a sled yet but back in 01 or 02 not sure which Grand Targhee got 46in over night of 20 degree snow so super light and fluffy and it was a to much. They wouldn't let you buy a pass unless you were a certain height. People were loosing skis and things. Was wild.

lol you mean 72" in just over 24 hours.... here is a pic from riding in the middle of that storm... im 6'4"...

FYI thats in the middle of the dead end road (yea groomed trail) in the big holes... we burned an entire tank of gas getting to the base of the towers... twas awesome!!!

I haven't experienced "too much snow" yet. Rode the new deep in Wa the last 2 days and it really isn't too bad, you will pay if you screw up but can get around OK with a good group of riders and big sleds.....just no Cats unless you like digging and pulling. It was at least waist deep on the roads and much deeper off road.
Snow over the hood and in the face is perfect!

Only for a few days :D

imavector awsome pics. I gota ask... Where did all the snow go? nice clean trail with no snow tossed over the sides. Do you have snow gnomes that haul it away for you??

Yes, when it snows, then get really windy for 4 days, and then snows more so most roads are closed. I mostly ride in three places, one north, one noth east and one east. The roads to all three are closed.:mad:

yeah, feeling real sorry for you guys. Here in Park Rapids,MN we're pushing 20" for the season. Nothing but shovels and sno-bunjies here. The fish aren't even biting that great. You're all in my prayers.

if you look close my buddy has snowshoes on or he would be up to his waist in snow we just knock it down & walk on it with snowshoes.there is no room on our trail to just keep poking at it very steep & very thick coastal bush.most of the time it takes about 1 day to put the trail in after a real big snow it took 5days after this one you could not get off your sled without snow shoes.:beer;:beer;

Nice! Anybody else besides your buddies use the trail? They should kick down with :beer;:beer;:beer;:beer;:beer;:beer;:beer;:beer; :beer;:beer;
