Tomorrow Saturday is my last day here and than going back to Minneapolis so if anyone knows of ANY powder and would like to share the info that would be great. Found a lil decent powder back in some trees but it was pretty tracked up already

We didnt try Big Sky at all today...it was storming to bad...so windy couldnt see. We went up around horse butte and it was blowing snow so bad we went back to west and than south on Plateau and black bear which was terrible riding. Tomorrow morning were gonna try Big sky and push as far in as we can and if weather is ok we will go to cabin....thinkin it might be tracked up big time but im sure can find some snow somewhere somehow. but only got 1 day left out of 2 and trying to make best of it

The group I was with got pass the cabin on Wednesday and they were the first group that far and said riding was excellent!!!!Not sure where you have been riding I couldn't find anywhere tracked up but found the ice layer south of town!!!

Well i hope my luck changes today and find this so called excellent riding somewhere cuz 3 feet of snow at best areas is not excellent in my opinion but thats me.

Maybe you need to stay off the computer and go look for this snow that everyone else is having know problem finding. you could also hire a guide might beable to show you to some snow!!!!!

You gotta stay off the Wind side of the ridges. I wouldn't come to Big Sky. We haven't seen the snow this week that West has. If your going on the Big sky trail, I would go to Taylor Fork. It has more snow than Buck.

Alright guys the snow gods redeemed me......Went up to Big Sky today left at 7am first one on fresh groomed trails and NOT A SINGLE TRACK all back in Big Sky area....we went in and snow conditions were awesome like everyone said....fresh new snow and untouched...by our way out at 2 I must have seen 50 to 60 sleds coming in all together but our luck we never seen any tracks other than ours til we came back out. Sunny conditions and great snow with no wind couldnt ask for better. Now its beat up pretty good as we seen coming back out but we had our fun. Knew the area pretty well but yesterday was not accessable due to weather. Another great trip all in all to west yellowstone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Slopes are NOT SAFE....we had one go on us lucky it was only a 25 foot high hill but. Fiberglass looks very unsafe i would not recommend tryin to climb it...tempting but just not safe.

four sleds...two a-arms...one tunnel, and one shock, in taylors should tell you that there is lots of underground treasure out there...be careful!!!
