Inconsistent tunning issues 100ll

I have been searching for this article for awhile. It is a good read.
We have been weaning the turbo guys off the 100ll for some time now. Years back we tried it in our race sleds with poor results. Went back to C-12.

Tunning 100ll

I have an 08 BD turboed dragon with the mini intercooler. For the first couple of years I ran c12 and premium. Last year I tried straight 100ll av gas. It seemed to work pretty good. but I had to retune for the av gas. I had to enrichen it quite abit to try to lower my egt's. I finally got it tuned but had to keep a close eye on my egts. It seemed to make more heat and quicker. Plus it did not seemed to pull quite as hard at wot on a long hard pull. I then ran the last of the av gas I had in my harley, just to use it up. It worked good for low to mid range in the harley, which is all done up as well. But I lost some top end speed. This year I switched back to c12 and premium and is working as good as every.
