Immigration apparently isn't the only law it's ok to break

TThere are literally hundreds of ways to come to this country legally. I will not now or in the future accept any deal that involves amnesty under the current terms.

Wrong.

Name me 10 ways to come here legally.

I'll help you:
1. get your Citizenship (extremely PRICEY and takes a long time)
2. Worker visa (only temporary)
3. Student Visa but you HAVE to be in school.

When they can fluently speak english, they can get a trial.

You can't even type it properly, what is your excuse?

English not english.

Where in our constitution does it say you have to speak English to get a trial?

This is kind of like what we did to the Blacks to keep them from voting, right?

And like I said If I am caught commiting a crime then I pay the penalty. The penalty for coming here illeagally is DEPORTATION not sanctuary for it even when you've commited another crime

LOL

I am seriously laughing at how many people in this thread keep saying. If you can't speak English you don't deserve to be here. Then I read a post, and re-read it, and then read it again. I see numerous spelling errors, grammar errors, etc. Not that I want to be the Spelling Nazis, but it is really ironic.

Hello Pot! Meet my friend Kettle!

The difference is that these people didn't kill anyone yet we are treating them like murders and rapists because (GASP!) they entered this country illegally.

It would be like saying.... Tomorrow speeding 11 MPH over the limit is now a felony. Anything 15+ over will be 2 years in prison.

well by your logic, muggers, car thieves, burglers and such should be legal also.

After all, they are just trying to better themselves at your expense also.

At what point do we get to say the law is the law. Either you enforce all the laws or what is the point of having laws at all?
When did we start to allow criminals to dictate what the penalty will be for the crime they committed?

The cost of illigal immigration to this country is the single largest issue facing this country. It affects every single facet of life in this country.

No it is not the same thing. They are only a criminal because of their STATUS, not their ACTIONS.
Status being not an American Citizen.

THEY WERE CAUGHT RED HANDED, AND A JUDGE ALLOWED THEM TO PLEAD NOT GUILTY, THUS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A POORLY SETUP JUSTICE SYSTEM.

Re-read the story.
The guy takes out an AK-47 and kills 3 people. He is arrested and then pleads NOT GUILTY, AND A JUDGE ALLOWS IT????? It should be called just a system, as there is no justice in the justice system.

like it or not this is how it was meant to be.

It is LITERALLY in our Constitution.

Criminal Justice.... kind of an oxymoron isn't it?

heres the point your missing... let me be clear here... they are ILLEGAL ALIENS!!! that is a ridiculous camparison... the blacks were wronged no doubt...but heres the critical difference they were citizens. your analogy presupposes that both are equal in status and that is just not the case. it seems(maybe a wrong perception on my part) that you will come up with anything so as to defend them. if that is the case i guess i ask you what is your MO for doing it? if not than disregard.

holy crap as if somehow actions and status are mutually exclusive!! man i dont want to insult you but your logic defies logic. if they are here illegally then there "ACTIONS" dictate their "STATUS".

It's not even worth discussing such matters with milehighassassin or alrevedup! I figured that out two days ago reading their posts:confused: I believe they've been enhaling too many gas fumes on their road trip to San Francisco. Oh yeah, picking on guys because of their grammatical errors, childish!

H1b visa
H2B visa
H1b waiver visa.
H2B visa waiver.
Be living in one of the 20 some countries that don't require a visa or a time limit to be here such as germany (were most of the 9-11 attacks lived prior to coming here)
Student visa
Rotating visa (a lot of resorts and such use these. It allows the same person to come back each year for up to 10 years)

There's 7 right off the top of my head and 4 of them are FREE and all of them allow you to apply for and get a permanent visa status.
Temp worker program under the ag act.

WRONG.
The actions they took to get here make them criminals. They broke the law to get here. THat is an action. It's not like they woke up and found themselves dumped on US soil. THey had to make a consious decision to break the law. The EXACT same process a mugger, car jacker, etc, has to make prior to commiting their crimes.

You can try to justify all you want. They are criminals. They commited a crime. They knowingly committed a crime.

childish is leaving neg rep without the balls to sign it, yes you.

childish is not listening to both sides

childish is says things like "I hate" or "send them home" etc.

worst is being a hypocrite and branding these people. Take a look at your own life!!!

Had it happen to me it sux, but wth.

childish is not listening to both sides

I have listened to both sides but cannot grasp how someone can think it's all right to allow ILLEGALS who are here ILLEGALLY stay here or come back, once again we can not pick and choose which laws we want to follow or disregard the one we don't like or agree with. PS Not only should they not be able to ever be legal but none of their family should either.

childish is says things like "I hate" or "send them home" etc.

Why is it childish to say "send them home"? THIS is not their home, they do not want to become an American (an English speaking, law abiding, governed by our laws pledging allegiance to the AMERICAN flag citizen)

worst is being a hypocrite and branding these people. Take a look at your own life!!!

I do take a look at my life, along with my family's life and my ancestors came here LEGALLY, how is it hypocritical to expect everyone to follow the law?
