Immigration apparently isn't the only law it's ok to break

Today I sat and ate lunch with two boys from Mexico. One is 16 and the other is 18 years old. Both are here on there own.

They are here to earn money to send home. Those are desperate measures for ANY family to take!!!!

These boys are not here to take advantage of anyone or to break any laws. They are young wide eyed boys doing what it takes to better their families. Did they cross the border illegally? I did not ask, but am sure they paid a Coyote to get across the border.

This criminal act of entering the US is less offensive to ME than any DUI or Domestic Violence case.

Yes, the act of crossing the US border in this manner is criminal. The men are NOT criminals!!!

Why not ask the question? Afraid of the answer?

The very act is what makes them criminals hense the definition. If I commit a crime I am a criminal in that case. If I am caught doing it I will pay the penalty. San Fran has a sanctuary law that exemts illeagals from being deported and therefore erases this crime which is BS as this guy should have been deported after his previous brushes with the law. IF YOU HAVE BROKEN A FEDERAL CRIME BY COMING HERE ILLEAGALLY THEN YOU SHOULD FACE THE PENALTY IF CAUGHT NOT BE IN SANCTUARY FROM THAT CRIME WHEN YOUR ARRESTED FOR ANOTHER.

They are no more criminals than you were a criminal when you drank beer or smoked cigs before you were 21 (or 18 depending on how old you are).

It is simply a status crime. Petty one at that.
 
Obviously this is a very tough subject for all. I am all for everything being legal for the emigration. I also feel that the same "lynching" needs to happen to legal citizens of this country as this wacko illegal guy. I used to manage a farm where I had to hire 100 people every fall to harvest crops. One year (2001) I decided to hire as many white folks as I could. That lasted a week before they were all too lazy to come to work. I had to cut the operation in half for a week in order to find enough decent workers to do the job.
Before anyone says that they "hate" a certain race, take the time to understand that they are people too!!!! and are just trying to make ends meet. They love their kids and wife just like I do!!! Go look the 95% that are here to work in the face and tell them that you "hate" them because of one bad guy.

Then ask them how many years they have been trying to get here legally. We need border blockage as bad as we need to be rid of the politics and red tap eliminating these PEOPLE from being able to come here legally.

I agree with both sides of the arguments that are going on here. Before you spout off about "how horrible" it is for them to be here, go ask them how horrible it is to try to come legally.

I could go on and on, but won't. I won't argue with anyone either.

I don't hate Hispanic(don't want to hurt milehighassassins feelings either) people, a whole ton of them are here illegally. The ones that are here legally fine, but the others are breaking the law, or does that not matter to you? Maybe you can split the gas with milehigh!

And like I said If I am caught commiting a crime then I pay the penalty. The penalty for coming here illeagally is DEPORTATION not sanctuary for it even when you've commited another crime.

So this guy who is a MS13 member gets a pass on it when he'd been in prior "brushes" with the law and a Wife and Daughter have to deal with his decision to Blow away the Husband/ Father and Sons/Brothers over a traffic dispute using an illeagal firearm. Yeah that's smart justice right there. Also I'm not saying that any citizen should get a pass on crime either.

Simple fact of the matter is if your here illeagally you should be prepared for both the stigma attached to it and that you should be shipped out if caught PERIOD. Try pulling that in Canada and see what happens. If I went up there and went to work without all the propper documentation I would be thrown out on my A$$ in a hurry especially if I commited another crime there no matter how "petty".

I don't hate anyone simply for their race or country of origin, however I do hate some people based on their actions, and I'm not referring to illeagal aliens in general but some yes.

And I'm sick and tired of Liberal douchebags saying I'm a racist for not supporting Obama, not liking illeagal immagrants, and thinking that Enviro Wackos and Racial spokesman like Jesse J and Al S are complete idiots that aren't anything more than extortionists that don't want to fix anything but just profit from their "causes" and punish anyone that doesn't agree with everything they say 100%. Just like the idiots squeeling about the city ordinances in Michigan being racist and targeting black people for fining people that have their pants sagging so low that their A$$ is hanging completely out of their pants. I'm also sick of these same people telling me that I shouldn't be able to legally own and carry a gun to defend myself from the above mentioned criminal with his illeagally owned firearm. I absolutely refuse to appologize for being a conservative American and all that comes with that. I am not without compasion, ask anyone who knows me. I am however without tolerance for watching the country I love go to SH!AT at the hands of a bunch of Marxist Idealist Liberal Elitests like Nazi Pelosi, Ted Kennedy, and Obama. And I'd still rather go hunting with Dick Cheaney than on an evening drive with Ted Kennedy. RANT OVER

Yeah I get a little whipped up somtimes when it comes to these subjects and I loose my temper. but venting helps. Well that and childishly calling names every now and then:D

I'm sure he's probably a pretty good guy we just have some Vastly different ideas on these subjects, heck he even offered up some info to me a while back on where to live in the Denver area if I get a transfer in my job.

well by your logic, muggers, car thieves, burglers and such should be legal also.

After all, they are just trying to better themselves at your expense also.

At what point do we get to say the law is the law. Either you enforce all the laws or what is the point of having laws at all?
When did we start to allow criminals to dictate what the penalty will be for the crime they committed?

The cost of illigal immigration to this country is the single largest issue facing this country. It affects every single facet of life in this country.

Like my point or not, you are missing it.

We must first de-villainize these people and realize they are not so different than us.

This is the first step in finding a solution to the problem.

Yes there is a problem and yes we can solve it. It is not as simple as kicking them out of the country. Please don't say it is, because the greatest minds in our country (past and present) agree that that is not the solution.


Once again I do NOT advocate amnesty or citizenship!!!


Isn't the American way a collection of many different ways that continues to evolve. We don't have roots based on 1000s of years of tradition. The American way is still defining its self.

I can't believe nobody has commented on one of the major problems with our justice system, that is so blatant here.

Last year I had an 2 illegal immigrant break into a spec home of mine and steal $3k worth of appliances, they were caught in the home by 4 undercover investigators. It's been almost a year and one of them is out because the other took all the blame. The other still hasn't been sent to prison as his hearing keeps getting extended.
My point is:
THEY WERE CAUGHT RED HANDED, AND A JUDGE ALLOWED THEM TO PLEAD NOT GUILTY, THUS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A POORLY SETUP JUSTICE SYSTEM.

Re-read the story.
The guy takes out an AK-47 and kills 3 people. He is arrested and then pleads NOT GUILTY, AND A JUDGE ALLOWS IT????? It should be called just a system, as there is no justice in the justice system.
