Immigration apparently isn't the only law it's ok to break

This is 3 lives that did not have to be taken. The guy had a rap sheet and because of this policy, they never notified the fed's of his status. If this had been your family, would you be so dismissive of his crime?

It is a horrible crime and awful lose of lives!! I don't take these things lightly!!!!

One of my points is that his immigration status is only one of the problems!!

IMO things like hate and automatic weapons are more likely to kill than someone without a green card.
 
I am more worried about the pedophiles and drug dealers in our cities and neighborhoods than the growing population of illegal immigrant

How many murders are committed by ex-cons, how many rapist strike that should never have been allowed to roam free.

If he was a french or chinese illegal immigrant would you be so reved up???

Get some perspective. How many murders are committed by ex-cons, how many rapist strike that should never have been allowed to roam free.

Simple solution:

When they go into custody, if they can't answer the officers questions with english; shoot them.

When they try to hop the fence; shoot them.




Pretty quick their own country will start to look really good to them.

Wasn't too long ago a president desided to enforce the laws. He cracked down on illigal immigrants and the people who hired them.

The primary hiring group then was tomato plantations.
When the crack down started all the farmers cryed that the crops would rot in the fields, there was no-one to pick the tomatoes.

Guess what????

They invented a tomato picker. End of problem.

Time goes by and yet again the politicians went lax on immigration and here comes Tedd Kennedy.
Convinced america that the poor illigal immigrants just wanted to improve their lives and they worked hard and if we didn't let them stay crops would rot in the fields, there was no-one to do concrete work, BLAH< BLAH< BLAH.

Oh they promised they would crack down on employers and the illigals would have to pay fines and learn English and such. Oh did I mention the would crack down on the boarder and enforce interior enforcment??

It was only 1 million people, no big deal.
It was actually closer to 3 million people. Those 3 million were allowed to bring in their families. Families defined as any relative of immidiate blood line. That 3 million turned into over 20 million.
Oh they forgave them all fines and penalties. After all, they were poor and the dems got their way.
There was no interior enforcement nor was there any boarder enforcement.

Flash forward to today.
Estimated 12 million illigals in this country.
Oh we need them, there will be no one to pick the crops, they will rot in the fields, blah, blah, blah..
Enter Ted Kennedy.
Wants to grant amnesty, make them pay fines and learn english.
Allows them to bring in all their relatives, defined as blood relative.
Promises boarder enforcement and interior enforcement.
BLAH BLAH BLAH.

Sound familiar?
Those 12 million will bring in an estimated 80 MILLION MORE.

Over 10,000 legal immigrants and american citizens are killed every year by illigals (car crashed, killings, etc)
EVERY CITY THAT HAS CRACKED DOWN ON ILLIGALS HAS SEEN A DROP IN CRIME ACROSS THE BOARD.

they will grant amnesty under Ted Kennedy's plan over my dead body.

They need to end chain migration.
Kill the 14th amendment or radically change it to stop the baby anchor program.
and if they would bar for life any one granted amnesty from sponcering or bringing into this country anyone at all for any reason, I would consider it.

Interesting, I question your statistic, BUT certainly not your point. No easy answers.

The illegal immigrant are as important to our economy as the 5.00 diesel we are buying.

Ask any crop farmer if they can hire an American to do these same jobs. And if there are any Americans willing to do the same work for the same wage.

Our construction industry, both residential and commercial are manned by a large percentage of illegal immigrants.

Who is going to fill that void, when all these people are "sent home"

NOT SHOT!!!!

As to the number of crimes and percentage of crimes committed by illegal immigrants. Any are too many!!!!! Are these people less honest than Americans? Are these people more violent than Americans? My experience says "no". Most, not all are hard working people that mind their own business.

These people need to be integrated in to our system, not just thought of as criminals.

I do NOT support the idea of offering citizenship or amnesty!!!!

The meere fact that the are here ILLEAGALLY makes them criminals by deffinition. Right now if I made a lettuce picking machine or a radish picker I could not get anyone to buy it because illegals are cheaper. How much friggen sense does that make. This is a ingenious country we live in and someone will make a machine if the demand is there for it but if there isn't because illeagal immegrants are cheaper. Guess what- no machine. The crops won't rot in the fields.

Simple answer: WELFARE RECIPIENTS AND UNEMPLOYED Americans, No work-No check. Have the govt. subsidize the wages, I would rather the govt. kick in $3 -5 per hour for AMERICAN workers (farmer/illegal hirer pays what they are paying now ($5 per hr) and govt. kicks in rest ($5)) than the whole check for welfare recipients.

My family came here LEGALLY through Ellis Island, they gained citizenship for them and our family LEGALLY, it worked then, why should it be different now?

Most of the Mexicans I see are hard working. I know a few and like them on a personal level. What I don't understand is why someone doesn't lead these people back to Mexico and start a revolution. They have the numbers, they have seen the way things could be, why not take their country back and make it something they can be proud of and make a future for their families?
As for our country, if they all left tommorow things would go to hell for a while, then the economy would adjust. Some places would go under, but I think we need a crash to get things back on an even keel. Too many people are living on borrowed money that doesn't even exsist.
 
The report on the news the other night an interesting little fact.
Seems the farmers are actually using the farm visa system again. What do you know, there are millions of people that would dearly love to come to america, pics our crops and then GO HOME. There is NO SHORTAGE OF TEMP LABOR. They interviewed a group of guys from mexico that said this is what they do for a living.
They come up here, pics crops for 4 months and earn enough money to go home and live very nicely till next year. The last thing those guys want to see in amnesty granted. They were really rather pissed at the illigals up here taking "their" jobs. I thought that last bit was funny.

There is no reason or justification for illigal aliens. There are literally hundreds of ways to come to this country legally. I will not now or in the future accept any deal that involves amnesty under the current terms.
 
i have talked to alot of fellow citizens who came from Mexico legally and they have said that hate illegal immigration makes them look bad and everyone else,

i think there should be a 1 strike and your out law if you get caught illegally up here, your done you can't apply for work visa or citizenship or do it like 10 years then you can apply like when you get a dui and they wont them into canada

everyone has a right to make there life better but do it the legal way

So who gets to decide when you get a trial and when you don't get a trial?

I think we should just hang them on the spot! While we are at it we should just run around taxing people without reason. We should also make a national church and if you don't belong to it we will imprison you!
