Wouldn’t moving the ski that far forward make a sled that already feels heavy on the skis and is harder to steer even harder and heavier feeling on the front end?
Stock Alpha. As u can see, my track doesn't touch the ground from the center of the rail back(80psi front track shock). My last paddle is .75" from the ground.
Alpha Steering is much harder than the 19 Polaris. I will gladly take any steering improvements!

I did, for 3 rides. The snow was deep and the 19 cat skis performed much better.Put grippers on the cat!

Grippers definitely help ease the steering in spring snow however, they slide/push a bit too much in the deep. I prefer that cat skis for performance most of the yr.How did the skis workout? Being 3 years ago they must have worked well? Haha
