Evidently more than you are. What do you claim for deductions throughout the year? I got a nasty surprise one year and ended up paying a bunch in unexpectantly. I said never again. My wife and I changed both our witholding to married but withhold at higher single rate and have never paid in again. We now get a pretty good refund every year and it doesn't even bother me that the gov uses it for free all year. The way I figure it is I would probably pee it away if it was on our paychecks every payday.
