I hope the broncos lose today

Based on what?

His two National Championships? His Heisman trophy (best player in College Football), his runner up to the Heisman? Playing four full years in College? Playing and leading a team that never ranked worse than 20th? Being a guy that stays out of trouble and has some of the best work ethic seen? He has been throwing over 800 balls a day (off-season) to change his release.

Really, what are you basing your opinion on? Clearly not facts.

Give him time. I remember everybody saying the same dang thing about Crybaby Cutler. "He's the second coming of Christ, he will save the team and win us games." LOL. Plummer was better. Focus on the Family Tebow's success in college is being credited to him? Last I checked, there were 10 other guys on the field that contributed to winning. And 20th ain't so hot, IMO. Now, if he had been first for four years, then....

I'll stick with my douche prediction. Didn't impress me in the preseason, didn't impress me last week either. If he was so damn good, wouldn't he have did some good?

Donkeys get the win today, although beating the seachickens isnt that big a deal. To those who are bashing Timmy "son of god" Tebow I will say this. I agree he will never be a "great" starting QB in the NFL and certainly not the impact he had a Florida....but givea kid some credit. He goes down as one of the best to play college ball. Nobody can say nothing about that. He absolutely killed it at UF. Not to mention he is a model young person. I cant say the same for many other first round draft picks.

Back to my point that started this thread.... I really hope the best QB to ever play the game..AKA Peton Manning rips the donkeys apart next week. Peyton is a real NFL QB and probably best to ever lace em up and throw on a helmet. So relish this week Donkey backers as it will be very short lived. Colts roll next week 34-17ish and the burro's drop to 1-2

I think Tebow has the potential to do great...it just might not be as a QB. And if they dont get blown out this weekend I will be impressed. The Defense needs to bring their A-game on this one.

Winner winner chicken Dinner!! Give him time. The guy really didn't play and you are saying he sucks and is a baby? You have hated on everyone QB in Denver, let me inform you of something.... Johny Elway will never be back, time to move on and accept that the Broncos need to develop another QB. Cutler is talented, but yes a baby. Orton, I personally like, he wins with the team, he does what a coach asks, he is smart and protects the ball. Tebow is probably one of the greatest QB's to play in College, lets hope that transfers to the NFL. Sure he had other guys around him, 21+ other guys actually but he still played the most difficult position to play and did an outstanding job. He is a born leader, can't teach that.

Peyton is the best QB in the league, but he is going to lose this next weekend.

Sorry MHA. I was spoiled. Tebow couldn't even come close to Elway on his worst day. From what I have read, Heisman winners usually fail in the NFL so we shall see.

:flock:

Hey I was an Elway fan as well, and in all honesty Johny had some HORRIBLE games/days.

Tebow has played in 2 NFL regular season games, it really isn't fair to compare at this point. I mean he hasn't even started a game yet. NFL QB is by far the hardest position to play. The majority that try and play it fail. Heisman trophy winners usually fail, but in all honesty the majority of college players turn pro usually fail. I mean there are really only a little more than 1600 players in the NFL. So the odds for any single player are not good.

BTW, Elway thought the Broncos did good in selecting Tebow. He came out and said that a while back. ;-)
