I have given up!!!!!!!!!!

Lets put this into perspective... 3,800$ spent on a sled worth 2,500$. What took you soooooo long to jump ship? **** if mine cost me more than gas, oil, belts it'l get ghost ridden of a steep cliff:D

I didnt have the 7,000 to 8,000 for a newer sled. I still dont but thank heavens for tax returns:D
Thanks everyone for the comments, I hope this m1000 turns out to be a smart move.

your gonna love it! now call Twisted Turbos and get a pump gas turbo on it!! if you ever want to try one call me, you can take a spin on mine, 5lbs of boost is a BLAST!!

Thanks for the offer. I quarantee that if I did ride your turbo I would be running to the bank to get a signature loan and my wife would be gone when I got home.
Some day, I will have a twisted sled.

I have been on Polaris sleds since 2002, only problems I had were caused by me. My son bought an 07/M8, at 240 miles the ECU went on it, Canadian price for it is $1900. They all have issues!!!

X2!

A good rider( cough cough me for example) can find any errors in a sleds design and will break parts. Most things that go wrong with a sled can be linked to poor maintenance.

I have a brand new engine and it took about 2 min of riding with a broken pull cord to knock the water pump belt and put the block temp so high that it melted my VES valves and turned my head black.

Granted, it sounds like you had to have had some engine issues but riding hard and putting up wet will get every sled. I have had some bad experiences because i HATE working on my sled after investing over 100 hours in it.

IMO, if you want longevity, get the M8, pipe it, vent it, get the clutching down, and call it good.
