Help me Build the "PERFECT" SnoWest Snowmobile trailer

I love my heated trailer, as soon as I get parked, I jump in it to turn on the heat. When we head out to go ride, I just turn the thermostat down so it's around 50-55 degrees when we return, then turn it back up to take the gear off.

Confirmation.
Will add Super Clamp accessories , A/V outlet and e-Track during build as to get correct locations.

Should weld up chassis on Thursday.

Thanks

I think the shop was closed over the christmas holidays.
Last night they said they have 60GB of images for me.
Looks like someone shot a ton of video!

I set up an FTP site for them and they are uploading everything.
Hope to have some images of the frame being built this evening..

They sent me about 50 different video clips of the frame being constructed.
Need to walk through all of them and pick out the best ones, them upload them to You-Tube and then embed them back into this thread.

After a rather long delay I have gone through all of the video clips that Mirage was kind enough to send to me and begun the long slow process of uploading them to you-tube so we can begin embedding them into this thread.

Hope to have a couple each day ready to ad to this thread beginning tonight.

What you will see are RAW UNEDITED videos.
These are NOT production quality studio made advertising videos!
Rather this is the down and dirty inside honest look at how our trailer is being manufactured.

Mirage Trailers are to be COMMENDED for allowing us to take a look inside at how they make their product without any filtering!

I have selected a couple dozen of the videos they sent me to upload and post here that give a pretty good general overview to the process.

Surprised to see them cut this by hand with a plas over a bandsaw. Looks like he did a pretty clean cut though.

Do you have an eta yet?
