good idea the same idea cruehead and mr.t from chev did.looks good and cost less than replacing the whole tunnel.i want one but not very good at building stuff like this.cruehead should just sell me his.i havenot seen 800tundras ride but cruehead said it is done right and that there is a good chunk of change invested in it.i would think that there is enough money in all these mod tundras and freestyles.feel free to post how much if you guys want.

The money spent was well worth it!! How did you hear about Mr.t at Chev..

Cliffhanger, so you don't want a sled all torn apart. Well, why not order what you want in it. I would be willing to build a mod rf chassis for you. My 08' tundra is already torn down to bulkhead basically. Could start on build up for ya, tomorrow! Right now, my plans have changed some for the tundra. I am going to a 1085 gen. because of a screaming deal that I came across. This is going to bump my overall weight up about 10 lbs. But, I will sacrifice a few lbs. for hp. Engine is not yet though!

you'll have to phone him. I had other stuff wurked into deal.girlfriend emailed me picks of my sled will post pics when i get it figured.

Hey 800,925 I think I'm going to get Terry to build me a seat also he does good work and half the battle is done since he has done a few now!! He replaces and fixes seat for some of our trade in sleds at the shop and his rates are resonable..

1085 genesis COOL!! Power to weight ratio will be unbelivable, definatly keep us updated on this one.I ran into cliffhanger today and my freestyle might be gone,I have to think about it for a few days. GOOD OFFER!!!

800tundra ,most pics didn't turn out

800tundra,.....wow, do you ever get stuck? j/k That from what I can see looks absolutely sick. What length track is on it? It looks like 62. I also like the rapid secondary. Good pic, but I of course would like to see a good side shot. The tunnel looks better with the tip up than with straight. Awsome sled. Just makes me want to sleep in shop to get mine done!!

800tundra--I seriously can't see anything else with a track and skis that would even come close to this on a hill. This is what I would call a mountain machine. Don't get me wrong, the xp is a damn fine machine, but I think this machine makes the xp look like a trail machine! Plus, I would say you have about the same amout of money invested as a new xp costs. That is what I am aiming for. To build a good reliable mod that would only cost me as much as a new xp.

I emailed you some more pics, there is no good side shots ,they were parked in small shop on trailer.Got less than xp as of now.but had to do LOTS of shopping around. also not done yet.Track is 159.I rode with 2 xp's and other new sleds last weekend.there is without a doubt an advantage on Tundra, climbing ,boondocking etc..and I find it WAY easier to ride.

800tundra-What do you figure your final wieght is? I would think it is nearing the ole 400 lb range. Are you running an 800 ski poop engine? How did the other new sleds that you ride with fair with ya, or was it obvious who had the best power to weight ratio.

using 800 ho engine with rktek head piston kit 175psi compression run 50/50 race fuel. yes clearly works better.I'd be first to say if it wuz piece of sh$t.I have had a few.another tundra a friend built at annual sled weigh in wuz 450lb full of coolant, oil, gallon or so of gas with 151" by 16 2.3 lugs.If I remember correctly the xp 154" wuz 464, which is also respectable.mine may be a little lighter

800t--got the pics in my mail. Had to figure out how to recieve them, but finally got to. All I can say is, wow. I can't wait to get mine done. If you want to loose easy weight loose the headlight assy. I bet you get some funny looks when you pull up on a tundra with a long deep lug track! Do you have any film footage? I am showing you sled and all the other rf mods to my buds. It's fun to watch them drool. Thanks for the pics..

I would also like to see some footage on these builds... Anyone have some links to pics/video?
