I hope your right cause they (weather guessers) have been hinting towards a change in a pacific flow causing storms to come in the north west, like more winter storms did last year.

Good to meet Backcountryislife(kaleb) and his wife Abby up there today. Congrats again on the little one on the way, thanks for letting me and my dad tag along.
Condition wise same as three or four weeks ago. Some of the best off trail was up around stillwater pass i think letter "L", but nothing epic. Snow is needed, but you can go see some purdy country.

Last year this time I was riding great snow and not really having to watch out. This year we need two BIGAS$ dumps to make it safer to ride off trail.
We road at G/L from the 21st thru the 25th. The big storm that went thru on the 21st fizzled out after about 6" of new pow. The cross trail at co. rd. 49 and Columbine was not open so we trailered up the hill each day. We did some tree riding and found deep Sugar Snow along with plenty of hidden stumps. Upper trails better and North Supply over to 125 was good. We just made the best out of what we had and still had a good time. You know what they say "Any day riding the trails is better than being at work" >>>>.

Sorry I missed riding with you EP5x, but it seems I've turned into a fair-weather sledder. Powder, or I just sit home and drink and bit{h. I hope you had a good trip with the fam, and hopefully, I can catch up with you next time.
