I have to say I like Arnie. He seems to be one of the few people in government that has the balls to take drastic steps. I had to laugh at all of them when he tried to stop all state government paychecks in order to get their a$$es in gear.

It may not have worked to the desired effect, but it opened a lot of eyes.

The solution is so simple that I can't believe it. If you aren't a citizen of the USA, then YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY BENEFITS OF THE USA. Stop catering to illegals. If they can't speak english then too Fking bad because thats what we speak here!

I also believe wholeheartedly that the leaders in government should not make more money than the average joe. We need people in place who want to represent the people, not be in place to control people or to further their own agendas.

UintaVentureBoys, if it wasn't for government interference, you would be employed right now. We would not be importing oil, lumber or any number of other things.

The federal government has gotten WAY too full of itself.

The deportation act did nothing. It was a state statute that allowed UHP and local police to act as ICE agents and effectively prosecute/deport illegal aliens without waiting for federal assistance or action. The problem is that the local police and UHP said they would not enforce the law, so its rendered totally useless...

And there is always work to be found for those who are willing...

I knew it was along them lines but I wasn't sure, i missed most of the news report but the "Deportation of 100,000+ illegal immigrants...blah blah blah..." I wasn't sure how the state was really planning to handle it.. It would be nice tho.. Almost 54% of restaurants in Evanston Wy (according to an article in last weeks thursday paper) employ full kitchen staff that consists of 100% illegal immigrants. Half the servers are illegals as well.. its sad, i would be more than willing to bus tables at this point just to say I was working, but yet another loss due to the illegal immigrants. and they work for such chitty wages its ridiculous!!!
