That sounds like a death threat to me, and that is a felony. So should you be arrested?
And if he is just visiting he is not "known" to the regulars so he is suspicious. Nothing wrong with being questioned by a neighborhood patrol person.

If watching out for his neighborhood is what it ends up that George was really doing I will buy you a case of beer.
Because it was covered up, not investigated and they let george walk. They never even considered it a possible homicide.
Martin was not messing with anyone's car or house he was walking. Go listen to the 911 tape or read the audio. Zimmerman says he is suspicious and is walking through the neighborhood.
Walking through the neighborhood is. It suspicious. You have the freedom to do that. Free of your persons place or thing.
You don't need a reason to be walking down the street. If asked what you are doing, where you are going or where you came from you can essentially say none of your damn business. Either way... The kid broke zero laws. Even if he didn't live in that neighborhood, he can still walk though it. It was not private property.
I dunno, maybe we should have checkpoint all over our cities to keep tabs on what people are doing. We'll call them checkpoint Charlie.

And Zimmerman expressed his right to free speech to go ask him what he is doing. Martin had every right to say none of your damn business and to walk away. I can start my own neighborhood watch and walk up to every single person who I see and ask them what their doing even if its my neighbor who has lived next to me for 10 years. Now if I happen to walk up to someone and I ask them what they are doing and they beat me down and bash my head into the ground whose the one that needs to be punished me for asking questions or the guy whose beating my face in?
