Ran this belt on my 600 today ran the same as the stock 115 belt just had to set the belt deflection.
I have had these belts on two of three of our 11-15- Pro 800s and they have done a great job and I finally wore one of the gates belts out on my 11 Pro last week and it was starting to come apart after about 1100 miles so I put a new one on in the back country and the machine came back to life 8300 rpm in the powder and all is well. My boys and myself ride hard and are not easy on all parts of the clutching system but we do take care to look at things on a regular basis and in this case one of my boys heard sone noise that I was not hearing (belt starting to have cord come loose on the side.

In addition, I had to adjust the belt deflection after we got to the trailer later in the day as it was a little to tight, but we were able to ride the rest of the day (3 more hours or so) before I made the deflection adjustment.

There's also the Dayco XTX5020 belt that can be had for under $100. I've been running them since 2013 with zero issues. I actually think they perform a bit better than the 11115 Polaris belt. They also come apart gradually, compared to the Poo belt exploding. That's my experience, anyway.Good info guys, thanks for the feedback! That's what I was looking for before spending my cash on something other than the '115. I will order a couple of them and give it a try.
I have 2 Gates 44C4553 still new. I upgraded to the newer sleeve angles and running the AXYS Gates 45C4553 instead. PM me if you want them, thanks!
What's a new sleeve angle. I just have my primary done at Indy specialty. I assume the 44c4553 is still correct belt.
If he trued / corrected / matched the sheaves (which I'm certain he did) you'll want to run the 45C4553 also or get the stock AXYS RMK belt. Otherwise its only gonna grab half of the belt.
It's a 2011 pro. I think he makes sheave angle for OEM 321115 belt right. He told me 321115 belt would be good when I had it done this fall or do I need to confirm that with him.
I just ordered a belt from Napa. My price was $120, counter guy said they run $180 in the store. Unless you have an account.
Sounds wrong... year warranty so I would warranty it and try again. You might have a clutching / alignment issue? I picked one of these belts up and washed it up but have not tried it yet, waiting for a break-in ride, maybe Friday... or maybe put it on when coming back to the truck...I actually got the belt for $101. Blew the belt already with about 100 miles on it. Started to peel apart from the top of the belt. We were riding in wet heavy snow. Did smell a little runner but no flat spots on the belt. Any suggestion.
