Alright.. lets make a list Top 5 Favorite Games of All Time... AND what consule????

Xbox

Until Gears of War is available on PS3 I will never own one. Simply the best game ever. GOW2 is coming in November 08 and it will only be available on 360.

PS3 does have slightly better graphics, but the game choices for 360 and XBox Live will keep me happy with my 360.

My top 5 games:

1. Gears of War
2. Call of Duty 4
3. Guitar Hero 2/3 (Laugh all you want, probably the most addicting game ever)
4. Call of Duty 2
5. MX vs ATV series (I have had em all for various consoles)

I really only play the first 3 on the list right now.

I have all 3 wii, ps3 and xbox360 (including the hd dvd attachment).

The ps3 is pretty much a blu ray player for me. I do all my real gaming on the xbox 360. However if everyone is going to get this mx untamed game and start playing online i will have to sign up as well! I still think its retarded that there are no cross platform hubs so that friends on different systems can play each other.

The wii is fetching awesome! Tiger woods on the wii is about as close as you will get to actually stepping on the golf course, its that fun! Unfortunately i am lazy like everyone else and prefer to just play the wii when i have friends over, the more people the better! other wise i like to sit in my lazy boy and play with a controller.

If i was to buy a system strictly for gaming it would be the xbox360.
I dare anybody on here to play me in college football online...

i spent countless hours on my old Xbox with (beat the tony hawk games, project gothem 1 and 2)

got a 360 when they first came out (only got 2-3 hours on it).....as i dont really have the time, and time is what these games need

got the WII a few months ago..........holly molly!, best gaming system ever, you actually get your arse off the couch and move your whole body, the boxing game will give you a great workout, hella fun with party guests or family.......its safe to say this is the new age of gaming

I'm torn between the 360 and the PS3. I gave all my 360 games to my former roomate since the console was his anyway, but now that the new GTA is coming out I'm gonna buy a new console.

Always seemed to me like the Playstation games had better thought out controls, meh. I don't play many games at all anymore.

I'm not much of a gamer, but getting into it.... I just picked up a PS3 and a Wii..... As others have said, the wii is awsome, but more for party crowds or kids.... Definitely a blast to play.... Haven't had alot of time on the PS3 yet, but would definitely be up from some racing with other SW'ers... I will pick up the MX Untamed... I actually have it for the PSP...

My user is the same as SW, Verticaledge69, so send an invite.... I will be away for 2-3 weeks, traveling in China, but will be ready for some racing when I get back....

As others have said, all the units are good, depends on what you want.... They all offer a variety of games.... The Wii is centered towards younger crouds and families... The Xbox and PS3 are targeted towards the older kids and adults.... Personally, I would go with the PS3, as it has the blue-ray.... It is also designed better.... The xbox has a freaken radiator on it to help with cooling, and it still has problems.... I do not know anyone that has not had to use the warrenty on the xbox, they all have.... While everyone I know with a PS3 has had exceptional performance with no issues... Should be really sweet when sony releases the new controllers this summer.

I must be the exception, but I've had my 360 for almost a year, with no red ring of death.

The fan is kinda loud sometimes, but other than that, no problems.

If you have a wireless internet router in your house, the ps3 has an internal wireless connection and you can just hook into your network of your house.

then, just setup a playstation account when you power up. its free and easy.

let us know what your name is and we can all add your name to the list and when ever anyone is online, you will know and beable to join in a game etc..

Chubby, it's real easy.... I got mine hooked up and an account created in less then an hour..... As stated above, having a wireless network makes it real easy........ There is a buddy list, as well as an ignore list...... The one thing you will probably have to d prior to creating an account is to do the PS3 update, not an issue, steps you right through it... Send me an invite once you are up and running....

Same for everyone else, send an invite..... I will be gone for two weeks, but already lookin forward to tearin it up with you guys when I get back....
