Fuel Controller and ECU flash

Is anyone offering ECU reflash for the Pro, that will work with aftermarket fuel controllers like a boost it, boondocker, or dobeck box?

Looking to upgrade one of my turbo sleds with a reflash to pull some timing and take away fuel in some areas I cant with my current setup.
