After reading a lot on here about Michelle, and her excellent service and pricing, I decided to give her a call. I ordered up a new 2013 seat for my 2012 Pro RMK. She was very easy to talk to, and even laughed at the name of my street and village, said she figured I must be from Minnesota or Wisconsin LOL.

Seat arrived today, great pricing!!

She is cool. Great customer service. She will even pal around and give you a bunch of **** while she is looking up your part. I like that, she is just genuinely nice.

I ordered a part from her that was on back order for so long I forgot about it. Sure enough she still got it to me. When it arrived it was like chritmas in the summer.

She will always do right by you.

She's done everything in her power to take care of myself and the group as well.

I don't even shop around for the best price... My loyalty is with Michelle because of the length she's willing to go to in order to be the best.

I'm not sure what's the new word with the dealership but I'm doing my part to ensure she doesn't see a disruption

I find it asinine they'd shut her down, as I live in the most heavily populated rocky mountain area there is and there isn't a single freaking Cat dealership that sells snowmobiles within 50 miles of me.

Even if there was I'm sure she'd have better service

They are discussing this issue and BOTH have asked that the threads be removed. So please stop the calls and emails, they are only fanning the fire now.

And if you think this is BS, PM Michelle and she will say the same thing.
