OREGON TRAIL SPORT

Rude? Me? Nah I'm never rude......as long as I can remember your name your doing good:face-icon-small-win. This last years been a real witch!

Never rude but very entertaining to say the least.. as I also have 2 dealers close but prefer to call and order my parts from the big "O"

But yes very professional and fast parts service especially if you wreck a RZR!!! LOL

I'll echo what others are saying. I'm all for supporting the local dealers, but when their service and support of the product is beyond sub-par I'll happily call around. I have multiple dealerships in my area and use them all time to time. I called Michelle for some parts yesterday and she was the only one in the area that was even interested in trying to help get me my stuff by the weekend. I appreciate people like her in the business and frankly, we need more of them.

Not that it needs to be said anymore, but I'll echo what's been said about the great service and the entertaining conversation. A friend and I bought 2 new holdover '15 Pros from her when the big factory clearance came this fall. I got to visit for maybe 2 hours with her and her crew while we waited for our financing to be approved. It was a pretty busy Saturday and we saw about 15 people come and go and the phone was ringing continuously. Seeing her in action taking care of customers at the counter for parts and service, the crew doing PDI's with other buyers who were there for new machines, and taking care of the general servicing was great to see. I'm lucky that they're just over the hill from me, and in so they are my local dealer, but she takes care of orders for new machines for people as far away as Russia, Europe, and South America.

That all being said, they're a relatively small shop and to see them put out the kind of service they do with the small area they work within is a challenge I'm sure, but they make it work and do it well! Kudos to you and your crew Michelle, we'll see you this weekend for the QD bolt TSB!

If all the dealers treated customers like Michelle does, we wouldn't ever need to go elsewhere ;)

X100. Michelle is unreal. Always does everything in her power and then some to help. If she wasn't so busy I'd call her every day just for a laugh!!

Thanks everyone!! So as you all have noticed i dont post as much anymore. As to why you ask......see comment above. I graduated High School over 20+ years ago. I dont want or need the drama. I will still be here to help who ever needs it whenever they need it but I refuse to tolerate whinny babies who complain about other peoples service. It isnt like i have 50 state phone book and i randomly call people to get their business. THEY call me because i care and i like my job and Im GOOD AT IT! PEACE OUT :face-icon-small-hap

THAT SOUNDS SO FAMILIAR. LOL

I LOVE doing business with her.
Bought my last sled from her.
Drove all the way from Idaho Falls to Baker City Oregon!

I've driven from Florence, MT to Baker City to pick up an ATV....TWICE.

Both trips were a single day trip. Left home at 3:30am and returned at 10:00pm.

It's about time you got back on here.

Michelle Is Awesome

Michelle could write the instruction manual for customer service. She is just plain awesome \m/ As for the guy with the Polaris cover take it to a canvas repair shop and keep it as a spare :)

Have had great dealings with Oregon trail. Now that I can order parts online through them does one still need to call to get the discount price on my Polaris parts? Anybody know?
