Talk about fanning the fire, why did Christopher send out a blanket PM?

As far as Michelle, I have dealt with her and she delivers great customer service. However, when you become a dealership for a major mfg., there are plenty of rules (ie; contract) to follow. Apparently, she crossed the line somewhere and got in hot water with A/C. This is between them and their lawyers and should never have been posted to all SW premium members. Shame on Christopher.......Again,,,,,
 
I expect the only reason this thread is still here is because the title does not reflect it's content. As soon as it is noticed it will get pulled as well.
I don't know Michelle at all but from the level of support on here she must be great to deal with.
 
Cat has ruined every good dealership in my area that was hands on and took care of the customer. Maybe cat needs to realize customer is what makes there company go. Apparently they can't take a little heat on here. If cat doesn't like what dealership is doing they just pull it. Cat doesn't like any flies in the ointment. Hence I will never own one. I have bought 16 new sleds.
 
I know why the other OTS threads have been deleted.

It's my understanding that the recent "save OTS" threads were removed at Michelle's request.

There was a LOT of blowback toward AC from the public and I guess it's gotten ugly; supposedly very harassing and verbally abusive contact from the public to AC.

I'm sorry but Michelle has requested that all of the new threads regarding this situation be removed.

We all know how important Michelle and OTS and we all support her. Please trust me....at this time, the best way to support her is to let these threads go for now.
 
I called AC today and it is a bit of a run around to get anybody on the phone. When I finally did I asked to be transferred to Brad Darlings assistant. They did not transfer me but assured me that my message, verbal with whoever answered the phone, would get to Brad. I simply said that "I was calling to express my support for OTS and that Michelle was a great asset to the industry. I am sure that there have been many phone calls to AC in support of OTS and I hope that AC listens to the customer and makes the right decision." I was told there have been many calls in support of OTS and she hoped that AC makes the right decision as well. I don't understand why people assume that being mean and abusive is more effective than nice and calm.

Yesterday I sent out several thousand Private Messages asking the members of SnoWest to read a specific thread that details what we thought were BOGUS reasons for shutting down an outstanding Arctic Cat Dealership that many of our members regularly use to get parts from.

Michelle from Oregon Trail Sports just contacted BEGGING me to remove all of the threads about the issue concerning her loosing her Arctic Cat Dealership.

Because of the MASSIVE number of Phone Calls and E-Mails that have flooded into Arctic Cat Headquarters over the last 24 hours their legal department is threatening to sue her for harassment!.

Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE!

So, at her request, I have removed all of the threads that the PM I sent you were linked to.

I apologize for the confusion this has caused, but I am just complying with Michelle's request.

Now we wait and see what happens.

easy to hate cat for this.
but its just some little big man (gender neutral term ) to small to own up to his /her decisions. story plays out every day in every industry

sucks that it will effect us directly
 
It looks like AC is run the same way as alot of other companies, make a stupid decision and when it blows up in your face try to spin it so it's all the other guys fault. Sue someone for harassement when you created the problem in the first place? In my neighbourhood there's a special word for people like you. I don't think Cristopher deserves to be ragged on this time, he was only trying to help Michelle like we all were.
 
Michelle top notch, AC seems not so much going in the wrong direction with dealer issues. BBToys here in Utah are no longer a cat deale. Get it right cat, Michelle kept me on my cat, I, like allot of people i know, will have to make the change. Thanks Michelle .... :cheer2:

How can direct feedback from customers ever be construed as a bad thing? Other companies (in any industry) would kill to illicit this kind of reaction and loyalty from their customers. Regardless of the tone or content of the messages they are receiving Cat needs to take notice of the sheer volume of this response in a short time.

Arctic Cat...where customer service is third to everyone. Hopefully someone above the lil man is getting wind of this and appreciates it.:face-icon-small-win
