i was not bashing the sled hope you didnt take it that way,when i said i thought it was pricy but the only other chassi to compare it to is the ti tube chassi & they come in at the same weight but it uses the stock bulkhead .
Awesome sled for sure all that talk sh@# are just haters. What these jagoff's don't realize is how many hours go into one of these chassis it's not just bending some sheet metal to make a tunnel. Wait till Justin from Fastax is done with his cromoly square tube chassis this thing is absolutely awsome .Then there might be something to compare.

better yet lets see some video! That's one sick sled, wish I could afford to own one. By the way to all the bad comments, it's just jealousy. This sled is the future, high hp ultra low weight 4- stroke, now that's kick azz.
Yeah sick sled for sure, Rob was letting me ride it and make sure the fuel mapping was dialed in, and it rips pretty good the chassis is sick for sure, just needs to get dialied in and then it will be the all mighty on the snow, maybe some more boost too!!! Definitley a sweet wip.
hopefully get some cool pics tommorow as it is sunny out. been having a lot of trouble dialing in the turbo system . got the new rb-3 box on it now , and that sure helped hopefully have the mapping dialed in soon as there has been a lean spot that has caused the motor to bog and usually right when you need the power. getting this sucker dialed in for technical tree and boondocking , hill climbing is so easy you just point it straight and pin it and it climbs up anything .
got a big kick outta watching ur video's before - Now that ur ridding with team blue it's only gonna be that much better.......
finally getting close to getting her dialed in. definately goes even better than you would think it should , and handles and flys really nice.
as you can see by the red tuck tape on the hood i have been rallying this thing as best i can haha.

Turbo tube frame Nytro
It has a Turbo kit built by Alpine and we installed Rapid Bike 3 and fixed up a few other things to make it run.
Rob was here tonight after riding all day with Tuning Bike and getting mapping dialed in.
Good luck and it should be running clean and stronger with RB3.

Gt2854 turbo and different intercooler, etc make it hard to devoleped the right fuel system.
Customers don't know how much time PowderLites puts into this EFI stuff to work on boosted sleds.

There's alot to be said for a totally custom one off with a turbo installed by a big name only to be brought to powderlites to make it run. All the best Dave and crew you deserve it.
hey darren i saw you had it out a week ago whats it like to ride, I can't wait to get mine.
A big thanks to powder lights and my bud Kurt tilbury , and of course the owner of Forty1thirty. This project took way longer to get going then i was hoping , but after haveing a good running turbo setup in this chassis it is well worth . The extra power has changed sledding for me as i can do stuff now that i probably shouldn't be doing haha. Getting on top of lines and speed for jumps that i couldn't even think of doing before.
pic #2 is insane where is the take off? She must drop like a lead balloon.
if you look to the far right of the pic you can see where the take off was. and i do not think this bad whip sinks like a balloon, maybe flies like an eagle?
couple more jumping pics of the sled. the extra power sure makes for some good air time.
Want to keep this thread close to front - are you still running C & A pro ski's & what's your opinion? Are there any shots of you with your new ride in any DVD's yet?
