enumclaw ski-doo

I've had to order parts from these guys and had a bad experience right out of the gate. I thought the correct parts were ordered, waited forever and a day, and when they finally arrived guess what, the wrong parts sat on the counter when they brought them out. I had to correct the parts guy and show him the correct parts. Second time I gave them a chance I did my own research, provided the part number, and they still got it wrong. How the hell does that even happen? I'm on board with everyone else and not giving them any more business. I-90 Motorsports does a good job by me. Parts and service are good!

Na don't worry about it. I don't want to hear anymore of your Bullchit gibberish. I'll give you a weekly reminder to teach you what it means to be a man of your word. Since you don't seem to know what that means.

Do we take customer complaints seriously? Yes
Were we even given a chance? No

All lies. Here's your reminder for the first week of oh i don't know. A long time. Just to keep people that know you and don't know you informed of how much of a bullchitting lier you are. He's Clem the owners son and in sales. Imagine that.

He was givin a chance and did nothing. I came up with a simple proposition, but didnt work. Its been a month and he hasn't made a single simple attempt or proposition to me. In my eyes. He dont give a chit about cust serv once he has your money. He got on here and tried to turn this around on me like like a bitch and i was in the wrong and my facts werent straight
How many times did you post something you thought was the truth? Didnt have your facts right. You didnt have your information straight. I proved you are untruthfull quite a few times. Get your facts straight before you open your mouth and make a fool of yourself. Nobody likes a lier.

Randy,

Bottom line is that I want to take care of every customer we have. I do want our customers to let me know if there is a problem. I will do everything in my power to make things right in a situation where a customer feels wronged.

When you get back into town please feel free to call me or stop in so we can work together face to face and make an outcome that everyone is happy with.

hahahaha. whatever. Ive been here Corey.

Let's Recap,

Randy had a problem, voiced it on the forums. I responded tried to clear some smoke and help make sense of the timeline and bill. Then I invited Randy to our store to sit down as men face to face. He came in and asked to trade his old mod sled for an extended warranty, a few gallons of oil, and maybe another accy that I can't remember now. The value of his request was $1100.00 and we agreed to give it to him in trade for the old sled.

After trying to extend his warranty we found out that since he is the 2nd owner the only warranty offered to him was not what he wanted. I agreed with him that the warranty they offered him was not worth trading in his old sled for.

I then offered him the $1100 in store credit (mind you at this time randy was asking $1500 for the sled on the forums) Randy asked me to sweeten the deal due to the hassles he had encountered at our dealership (having to pay for bent bars and taking longer than it should have) he suggested $1500.00. I took that into consideration and agreed to $1500 in store credit.

After we came to this agreement he called back and said since he was un-able to get a warranty that made sense to him he would rather have cash for the holidays. I offered him the original $1100 cash and that wasnt enough, he wanted me as a dealer to give him $1500 cash. I explained that I need to sell it for a profit if I want to keep the doors open.

He then comes on here and says all I would do is "lowball him" at that point I figured I should let the high school drama bullchit go.

But no he felt compelled to come on here on Christmas day and stir the turd one more time.

THIS IS THE END!! Randy, you strike me as a generally miserable person that no matter what I do, you will not be happy. So I am choosing to not WASTE MY TIME any longer trying to please the un-pleaseable, and focus my efforts on continuing to satisfy the reasonable customers who can be pleased by good customer service.

Crickets will be all you hear from me from here on out Randy. Let us know how big of a "joke" the next dealer is when they decide not to kiss your *** and bend over because they "owe you something".

I don't recall ever agreeing to 1500 in store credit. You said that's what you could do and I said no I would rather have Tue cash for my sled. That's right. 1 offer is enough for you I guess. I'm definitely not a miserable person. Hahaha. 1100 was a low ball offer. That's all you could come with? Sounds like you don't like people telling the truth about there happenings at your place of work.

As you seen. I'm not the only one that has had issues with enumclaw powersports. Cheerleader as you called them.

you called me and told me the warranty wasnt going to take affect till 2013. Thats when i came out and p/u my sled because i wasnt going to let it go for $1100. I already knew all i would hear is crickets.
