service is a joke. Took my 2011 etec in for warranty on hi-low lt switch and hand warmers on 10-6-11. I made an appointment and dropped it off on Thur's.I ordered a new set of bars to have them put on since they were bent and they had to warranty the faulty hand warmers. All parts were there wed and told it would be done Fri 10-14-11 NOPE. Randy was at brp school and didn't get to it so it'll be done Mon 10-17-11.. NOPE. He hasn't got a chance to look since he was still at brp school but it will be done on Fri 10-21-11...NOPE. Yeah the left warmer is shorted out but were testing the right one and haven't finished diagnosing it yet. We will have it finished on Mon 10-24-11.. NOPE. Wow this is really getting ridiculous. I call again on Fri and again hes working on it but hasn't finished it yet but it'll be done Fri 10-28-11..NOPE not yet but it will be done on Mon 10-31-11.. NOPE Now maybe you send him back to 2nd grade to read and look at pics to understand basic illustration. Well i was told again it will be done Fri the 4th.. Guess what? NOPE.

So i called again to go p/u my sled yesterday on 11-12-11 and was told Randy still hasn't finished it. You mean to tell me this Randy is the only guy there that can install hand warmers you have had my sled for 5 weeks on a 1hr job. Jeff the service guy says i don't want to do it cause i might screw something up. Let me see if i can find someone to get this done today. He calls back and says it'll be done by 4:30. There it is sitting out side so i go inside to pay for the bars and here's a bill for $242.38... They were going to try and charge me for the warmers and labor to install them. Then the parts counter guy(the mechanically inclined one) says i disagrees with the labor because they have to diagnose the wires on the hand warmers since there are 3 wires on some and 2 wires on others. Your phuging kidding me right. HEAY parts guy. 3 wires is rev 2 is xp. Then out comes another guy saying i need to pay the hi-lighted amount $242.38. ....I'm not paying it. That's warranty. Ya no what? Take the phuging bars off i'm taking my sled and not paying for warranty work, Problem solved. So they call Jeff and my bill drops to $89. and change for bars and glue. So he says lets go make sure everything is good on yur sled so i walk outside and there it is behind my truck and no one around. So i loaded it my self and left. I get home and let it run for a while and guess what???????????? The hand warmers still don't work.****K

This place is a joke. 5 weeks for approx 1hr work.

Im glad the wife decided to wait another year to trade in her rev for a new sled the day i dropped it off. All the rumors about this place of bad service are true. I guess i had to find olut for my self. im going back to driving 2 hrs each way to Lynnwood Motorplex for service and the real shop down in the valley from now on. They know what customer service means.

Hey guys,
I never take my sleds in for any service or warranty work, just for the reason that your stuff sits out side all day every day no matter the conditions, and I can't stand waiting for some one else to do something I know I can do myself. I have talked dealers into giving me the warranty parts and I give them the bad parts a couple times. but I would just rather fix it myself. Ya that is frustrating.

thats why my sled went to roosterbuilt. top notch work, done when promised, and they dont miss when diagnosing the problem:face-icon-small-win...........got to get in early though. they get busy quick.

And welcome to Enumclaw Powersports. There entire operation is that way from sales, to parts, to service. Not sure how they have repeat customers. I have not stepped in that door for years because I have had too many of those type of transactions.

get this then, me and my daughter go in together to by 2 new sleds or at least fill out paper work to buy them , my daughter got rejected from skidoo, but I got excepted , I never even got a call back from them to come in and order a sled , they must make too much money.... I've now come to terms on ordering all parts on line, last time I ordered a top gear from them I get home and go to put it on my xp and its for a cat....... I dont think they sell cats?????

Clem and the boys

You will recieve this type of service and over all i dont give a sh@! Attitude if you take in your sled, quad, dirt or street bike. Befor i take my stuff back there again i will do anything and try anything.

Aren't they all related somehow? That would explain. Sorry to hear bout that. I order any parts online and then have FTX do any service I need. I think Clems is ignorant of their customers and their prices. Many times have I given them part numbers and replacement OEM parts and they still can't figure it out.

It's really too bad Gonnasons has no more sleds. BRP lost me when they snowballed Jeff. Rode Doo's since I was 9 years old so 27 years and whole lot of snowchecks, sleds, watercraft and parts. and parts. and parts.

And that's why I drive 120 miles to take my sleds to lifestyles up north. Last time I needed work done they let me in before they opened and had me out with in the hour... Heck I had to wait for them to open the register so I could pay.

Now that's service.

I wonder who made that recomendation to you????

Should have taken the time to do it yourself instead of taking the time to type up everything that went wrong at Enumclaws powersports.

I am a small aircraft mechanic and work on all sorts of small private aircraft such as cessna's and piper's. We have three mechanics in our shop and we are very busy year round as there just are not alot of small aircraft repair shops around the puget sound area. I take the time to do things right. I am always required to go to classes to learn and are rewarded certification to make certain repairs and know the tricks of my trade. I side with the technition that had to go to class. I am sure you realize that this time of year snowmobile shops are busy and that they, the repair shops, will never make those out there that feel that there sled/motorcycle/dirtbike/boat or even small airplane should be fixed by the owners percieved time period that the owner wants it finished. Patience to all that have gone through this.

Yes i have had challenges with EP in the past but i continue to use their services and services with Fastraxx down in puyallup.
