Well I'm kinda poking around testing the water for one of these projects. Looking to see how much I can get an Edge chassis for right now. Most likely finances won't allow for the whole sled to be done until next winter though.
 
I will be selling my Edge chassis after this season is over. It has lots of goodies to go with it.
 
fuel and cool

Great reports on the sleds guys!

I see some of you runing just one fuel pump. What kind is it?
Running 44 Lectrons.

On cooling, how much would be enough? Running 159 finger with say...230Hp
Removed front cooler and want to run rear cooler only (from kick-up and back) and wondering if 4 runs with CMX cooler in the kicked up area would do it? Should be full tunnel width x 40" length.

Another thing: You guys who posted clutching/gearing/rpm and track; what pitch are you running? 2,52" or 3"?

Trying to get a feel for the performance they put down.

Track speeds up the hill ?

Running the 48's with the 7/2's. I have this combo running a 75 shot of NOS. 2 weeks ago during some test and tune I was right on the edge at 1,000'. (length not elevation)I could not richen anymore and it was about 25 degrees out. I should be alright for 660' and cooler temps. I'll find out this weekend. If not I'll just run a little less bottle pressure. I'll be in NY Saturday at the "Big Moose" for some more test and tune. That should be somewhere in your neck of the woods. NINJA
 
Cool, I am supposed to be running at Big Moose also but it's not looking good getting this cylinder back. Maybe I'll shoot over either way just to say hey.

What kind of nos setup are you running? I am working on a 1050 now and plan on spraying it?
 
I believe Ninja runs NX, I run NOS. Both work well when setup properly. I can hook ya up with a nice triple system:D
 
clutch setups

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone is using a team secondary on their WC motors above 8000+ ft. Please let me in on your setup if it works well. Im running 19/43 gears, team 58/38 with black/white spring and 69 grams in the primary (black/green stripe spring)(cat primary 9 post), 3 pitch drivers. Mine is a slug, comes of the hole ok but does not pick up any track speed. Thanks in advance
 
ditch the cat primary, If you feel it necessary to run it get a different primary spring.
what rpm is your motor turning?
