Protective gear. I got the stuff on Friday and some didn't fit.

Nice pics Ray!!!!!

Yep, I had to find some different stuff too. My pants and kidney belt got smaller over the winter.

Rode the Walden Sand Dunes yesterday, very different!

Did you do that with normal dirt tires? If so how is that?

I just let some air out of the tires and rode with something like 5psi. Sand is definitely different. If you get good on sand you'll be good anywhere.

I don't ride sand enough to buy a new rim and paddle tire.

HE Is Setting You Up

Please do not ride with Munchkin,

I have a feeling he is a serial killer and is trying to lure you into the hills so he can steal your bike. Beware; run away fast... Don't say I didn't warn you. Just take a look at the FBI ten most wanted.

Chaos

Sand is definitely not my favorite to ride on. Moab has quite a bit of sand, but, you can't let the air out because you ride alot of hard pack abefore you get to the sand.

I have thought about carrying my little pump for my Fox Floats when I go up there. wouldn't take to terribly long to get enough tire pressure back to ride the regular soil higher up the mountains, at least on a puny dirtbike tire.

That sounds like a great idea. My crf doesn't have fox floats, hmmm sounds like a great idea though on the pump going with.
