That may be what the left is hoping for but no way will they pull it off, I have quite a few friends that are either State Police, Sheriff or Local Police & all of them purchased Assult weapons & ammo once Obama was elected because of a gut feeling.

Fed police I deal with are seriously worried about fringe groups trying to start major chit.
Imagine what would happen if there were a pro-amnesty rally for the illigals that somebody sets off a bomb in the middle of.
They see the possible escalation of a single act such as the above setting off a chain of events that could cause serious trouble.

So many people were mad at bush and the politicians in general. Dems and Republicans there were looking for change. Obama taped into that. He manipulated the cacuses using acorn to ship people from place to place to edge out Hilary for the dem nomination. He ..................... loosely adhered to the fund raising rules to raise over 680 million dollars. He used that money to position himself as the savior for the people. He was going to go to washington and force the politicians to play nice. He was going to clean up the system and put the country on a fiscal responcible track. He was going to end the war in Iraq and get Bin Laden.
Bottom line.
He lied.
He did what ever he needed to do, he said what ever he had to say, he promised the world and delivered nothing.
the elation of his rise to power is still in effect.
Everything we have heard and seen hasn't hit Joe Shmuck yet.
Obama has used his fanatic followers to ram thru his agenda. He has gotten half of what he wanted so far.
The other shoe hasn't fallen yet, it will, it will fall within the next 6 months.
Inflation and higher costs for everyone.
when that starts happening people are going to start asking what happened to all the promises.
My clock is ticking on his love affair with the media.
July is my timeline for the flip.
That is when I think we will see the media really start turning on him.

We're still making our Tea Party signs tonight. I think I'll take one of her suggestions for a new one for tomorrow since DHS will be watching us. Guess all the Democrats at the Tea Parties are safe.
Oh yeah, and I read a thread from the 9-12 site of a guy in Michigan who was telling us that he stopped at a gas station and had a cop pat him down and tell him he had to remove his bumper stickers or go to jail.

He pats me down. He tells me that I MUST take down my 3 bumper stickers. HE ordered me to take them down immediately, or I will be arrested for rascism. When will it all end by the Democrats?

In later posts he said the gas station owner has offered the surveillance tape to him and he's hired an attorney. He's been keeping us updated. Now he says AFL-CIO and UAW are threatening him for his "anti-union" bumper stickers. He said he's gotten death threats and other bad stuff. I gave him some advice from an attorney friend of mine. I'm still trying to verify the info he gave as true (there are "trolls" trying to sabotage the 9-12 site at times).

Same Gut Gainster. Taking a look at the people that voted for Obama, I can see that they are the peaceful lot that will oppose guns.
The majority (?) of them that voted for Obama and will back him, until their backs are against the wall. To late then?

Yha, I'd question that guy a little. Something sounds fishy, making people take bumper stickers off their car, or go to jail. The last time I heard about something like that, the cop was begging for his job later that day. Plus, I don't think many cops actually like Obama.
The unions can threaten to sue anyone they want, it's called a slap lawsuit. You sue someone, just to cost them money, and shut them up. A person might find themselves being defended by counter group.
The Malkin site was interesting. The article had a good perspective on the DHS document. I have to agree with them. Personally, I agreed with everything in the DHS document, since it was based 100% on speculation, just about anything could happen. I mean, monkeys might start flying out of Obama's asz also. So, who knows what will find when we open the box, and look at Schrödinger's cat.
The gov't making comments like that about returning vets is like beating a guard dog at first he will obey but it only a matter of time until he will fight back. I'm not an extremest, but I'm very right wing and know what battles I'm ready to fight (I will at all costs protect my family, the things I worked hard to get, and my way of life) I don't think that is unreasonable basically life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. I saw a quote a while back that really hit home "its better to die standing then live on your knees". I have felt I am lucky to live in Upper Michigan my whole life and with the uncertain times I feel even luckier because we are somewhat isolated and fairly self sufficient (which means hunting, fishing, having a garden heating part/all with wood, etc....) and the more I talk with people in my travels most in my area agree that we aren't going looking for the fight but if it comes we aren't just going to bow down either. On a side note some funny quotes I've heard about the left wing
