Racial Profiling or just good Immigration Law?

You say all of them are coming here for jobs? I have a bad feeling that is not the case. The problem lies more with the ones coming here to live off society, join gangs, deal drugs and have many babies. I am sure that many come for jobs but I believe many come for the bad things.

No matter how you slice it we as US citizens had better do something or things are going to get much worse all around. Just think if the Republicans stand against illegals becoming US citizens and the Dems push threw some sort of amnesty you will play heck to see another Republican voted in. The Dems would get the Mexicans out in army's to vote while the rest of the complacent people sit on their hands and hope things will get better. It is crazy to see all the people who will not go out and vote. It is a crazy time we live in.

I also have no problem with them coming here and contributing to society as long as it is done legally. And I do think something needs to be done to help this process along but just like health care the government will get to involved and screw it up.

Since you know all about it you should be able to quote it to us. Where in the bill of rights (whats left of it) is this statement?

As for "potential" are you next going to stir the pot over the potential that the sun could supernova next week, or tomorrow? That would affect a couple more people than this SOUND Arizona law.

Where does it say it is only for citizens? Does the Bill of Rights only pertain to a specific class of people?

Arizona wants to enforce their "Illegal Immigrant Employment" law and YOUR :face-icon-small-win President is taking them to court to try to tell them the law is Unconstitutional.
As it stands they can fine and after the 3nd offense (I thing it was the 3rd) they can yank their Arizona business license. Obama thinks it's OK to employ illegals...he encourages it!
 
The argument that the Arizona law has a "potential" of being abused just doesn't wash. Every time I play the lotery I have a "potential" of becoming rich ... but I don't think the banks are willing to advance me any money. And as far as profiling ... there is a reason why we profile. If I have a choice or riding with guys on mountain sleds or guys on trail sleds, I choose the guys with the mountain sleds. It's not that I know they are better riders ... it's just I like my odds a little better. It's the politically correct crowd that makes us feel guilty if we profile when in reality all profiling is is someone using common sense.

That is a statistics and probability game you just played... Banks lend based on risk.. I disagree with your comparison. What about the "potential" for police officers to abuse their powers? Real or fake? Police officers are just people... and have the same failings that we all do.

I have a friend who employs seasonal workers who bristles at the notion that it's the employers who create the demand. He checks what he is allowed to check before he hires anyone. That being said, he knows deep down some are posers. He says he will crack down as soon as the gov{state and FED} cut the entitlement programs that allow them to supplement their income with our tax dollars. Wonder why some can work so cheap? They are very well educated in the handout program. They no habla englis, but they know how to work the system. By the way my bud recognizes you get what u pay for and he pays well. My local tire shop chick told me a story about one of her employees who knew that he and his GF would get more money livin together and makin babies than if they were married. I live in an area that is growing the Hispanic population very quickly, and like most areas we got a lot of bad seeds. Just had an execution style gang shooting the other day. They circled the dude and while he begged for his life they loaded him up with lead. Hardly a week goes by without gang violence. These are 98 percent hispanic peeps and i'm being generous on the 2percent. Prolly a large percentage didn't come across the border the right way. Ya i'm tired of the crime, am i a racist? Ihope not, i just don't care for stupid people. I hate what gang violence and the drug trade have done to our area. At the end of the day illegal immigration brings baggage along and i've seen it most of my adult life [i'm old,almost55] I don't want to move, but i might. Rant over

Yakima is definately an excellent example of what happens when the problem of illegal aliens is not addressed, anyone who thinks these wetbacks are all peace loving people just looking to better their lives and support their families

That's about it Swampy... I can't wake up and listen to the news without hearing about another gang shooting or violent crime that has happened.... pretty sad what has happened here... and like you say, 98% of the names of the people involved are always of hispanic origin:face-icon-small-fro

This is so simple and logical I can't believe there are people in this country opposed to Az trying to defend our country!!
If you cross the border illegally, you are a CRIMINAL!!
If you get cought you need to pay the consequences....which are not NEARLY harsh enough.
If someone broke into YOUR house and violated YOUR family or stole from YOU, and you gave a description of them to the Police, would you expect the Police to question those meeting the description....or be required to ignore those meeting the description unless they (the police) actually witness them committing ANOTHER crime.???
If they are legal they have nothing to worry about. If not, they SHOULD be worried!
 
US Ceding parts of Arizona to Drug Cartels

and human traffickers. Yep, the Obama bunch has told US citizens that they should not enter part of southern Arizona because armed bands of drug smugglers and human traffickers roam far north of the Mexican border.

This tells me that Obama and his minions care more about illegal aliens and Mexican invaders than they care about US citizens.
