Guys there are several of these so called nice experts that seem to know everthing. John Jannetty and Simons should all be tarred and feathered at the same time. The great guys in this industry will shine through this crap and the scum that suck our moneuy out of us will get theyre due for sure. Glad to see Snow West wont let the scum hide behind a monthly advertising payment . Oh by the way does anyone want a 50 dollar peice of crap TAP manifold or garbage fittings or a 2560 turbo that doesnt work on apexes.

Matt is a great guy to deal with. I bought his fully built engine from him that I found on snowest .http://snowest.com/forum/showthread.php?t=48620 He bent over backwards for me trying to get the engine on my doorstep for this weekend so I could get it installed and even making sure the packaging/palletizing on this mill was perfect. We spent lots of time on the phone and emails to get the details right. Summitking you have NO worries when it comes to dealing with Matt.
I think it's just the sh!tz when good guys get screwed over. Hey John pay attention here...have a look at Matt and see how a stand up guy deals with things. He's PAYING FOR YOU RIPPING OFF Hyflyr. Scumbag of the highest degree.

Don't know who Matt is, but definately a stand-up guy. Dissapointing to say the least about CSS - there really are people in the aftermarket space that care about their customers and appreciate their business. Bull**** like this reflects poorly on the industry as a whole.

I've had nothing but exceptional service from both Ted, and Dave at Powderlites. This winter we've probably place 10-15 orders with Jannetty racing, every one of them has arrived on-time and complete. I needed a header and downpipe for my own sled a few weeks back. Called Dave and he said it wasn't all in stock, but could be completed in a few hours. He got it done and shipped to me that day. Don't know what he was working on when I called, but I know it got dropped to get me set up. thanks again Dave!

Regarding TY and the perception that they protect their advertisers I'm not sure what to say. We're an advertiser on TY and we (BPE) took some hits a few years back. Mostly we deserved them, and I'd like to believe that we're a better company for it now. I personally wouldn't write the site off. lots of good info there, and some pretty capable tuners that try to help out with their knowledge and experience. Anyway, that's just my opinion, not trying to make it anyone elses...

I can't see John lasting much longer. People are getting to know his name and buisness practice (if you can call it that). I tried to buy a MM seat and expert x skid from him in the past and kept on getting the run around. Never sent any money. I stopped by his shop to look at a MM seat that I had called about and he said it was at the shop. I get to the shop and find out the seat is not there. I wait for a bit see how John deals with other customers and get a bad feeling about the guy and left the shop.

I guess I'm too nice, never posted this before. Couple years ago, ordered a SC Apex from TJ Sports. MPI didn't have their **** together, waited 6 months past delivery date. Told them F it, wanted my money back. TJ's agreed to refund my $500 deposit. It never showed. Over 2 dozen screened (Troy's not here, I can't deal with that, call later) calls, BBB reports, emails and PM's later and no refund. Actually got a hold of someone with the name "TJSPORTS" on this forum, told them the situation, and was basically told to piss off, call Troy directly if I wanted my money back. TJ's still to this day has my $500 and that was over 2 years ago. Hope those chumps wasted it on titties and booze. Guess they needed it more than I do. But I guess I should thank them. Other wise I'd have POS MPI SC instead of my top notch MCX.

I agree here. had to go in there a few weeks back to get some clutch parts. They tried telling me I had to buy their $500.00 clutch setup to get the $2.00 rivets I wanted. TJ,s sports FU#$ YOU. I'll never go back

I'm not going to comment on this thread in any detail but I just wanted to thank HYFLYR again for being such an upstanding and reasonable dude. He could have easily made my life very messy but he took the high road and was extremely cool about the whole thing with me and for that I have to say thanks.

It is too bad that there are businesses that take the low road, and screw everyone they come in contact with, and it is not just in the snowmobile business either, I see it in the Car and truck speed shop business also.

It makes it hard for the legitamate businesses to earn trust because deals like this make everyone gun shy.

Then there are Crazy Customers Like Needforspeed2 that do nothing but complain about everything they every bought even if they didn't buy it from you, regardless of how much you helped them over the years, Vendors will want to stand clear of this nut.

John was going to order a bunch of parts from me I am glad I read this, I don't need that kind of business, I will stand clear.

WOW I will definately stay clear!! It sucks th have to deal with busineses like this. I lost a good portion of my riding season this year trying to get my aftermarket undertunnel exhaustfrom tj's to work. what a pain in the ***! Troy was hard to get ahold of and not much help at all. I ended up paying a custom exhaust shop to reroute it out the sides of the tunnel, works great now, but I can't believe they can sell a product like that and actually claim it works or helps performance! What a bunch of bs. Oh yea they also charged me wyoming sales tax for on out of state phone order, which is illegal, I have to pay state tax in my state for all my out of state orders, when I do my taxes. when I called to complain and say you can't do that they prettymuch ignored me and told me that is what they always do. Not Right I let it go because it wasn't much, but It sounds like they are not as bad as John, but in the same category of bad businesses!
