Wasnt this competition supposed to be done over a month ago??? becase if it is taking this long....something must be going on- yeah i will try to get my own style of riding......but u never know!

If it's not too late, I'll throw in a vote for JR. Ragged. I don't get out to ride very much (due to work) and pretty much every time I go out, my boy goes with me. We've had our up and downs riding this year, but it iss great to get out with my boy. I'm sure that it is the same way with Ragged.

JR. just get your own style of riding and be comfortable on the sled. You should be able to keep her upright a little more than you Pop. You might ask someone else how to stay out of tree wells. LOL

It's all in good fun fellas.

Lol Tree wells sort of call us to them u know.....

Jr maybe they picked some one else and it;s a done deal. You would think it would get posted though. GOOD LUCK:D

I have been busy.

I have more then a few to pick from, and most are just looker of snowest and they are e-mailing or just joined because of this thread.

I have the winner pretty much desided.

BUT!!! I have heard thru a few phone calls and e-mails that someone on here was bashing me about a crank I gave away a few years ago.

I would like to know who it is.............I can't seem to find the thread.

I would like to see the thread........

What i have heard is unbelieveable!!!!!!

I HELP SOMEONE OUT AND THEN THEY BASH ME..............WOW!!!

Please lead me to the thread.

Thanks, Dan

Probably me

There probably saying i was bashing you Dan. But every one gets to look at it how they want we just reported our findings as was requested. Just look in all post by hardass. Our sucsess what dismal to say the least and it was hard to post.

Sorry if it sounded pushy....

My boy was on his computer about every night leading up to the end of the contest and about every night since...lol....and just asking lots of questions to see if I knew any more..the kids only 13 and there not built with allot of patients yet...but it will come....

All I could tell him was hang in there ......Dan said he wanted pics and a story and that the people on the thread would vote for the winner and he said he just hadn't had time with the new shop and all to get back to the thread..

EricW I dont think I ever said thanks for your vote of confidence in my boy...he is a good kid..keeps his grades up and his nose clean..
I too would vote for Jr Ragged. I have met Zach and he is a fine young man. The kind young person our society needs more of. He will no doubt be a strong ambassador for the sport as he grows. My only concern is that with his genetic connection to Ragged and this particular sled, we should also throw in 3 rolls of duct tape and a good shovel. Just funnin ya Zach, you'll lift and dig your dads D8 several times in the next years, you deserve a break. Good luck. EW

As far as apreciative...your not gonna find a happier kid that Zack if the all works out! (not to mention his ol man) Timing is everything...and that motor dumped at the worst possible time....well...winter is over so there is plenty on time to shock it back to life now.

Glad to see you back in the groove Dan!!:)

The Motor

First of all, sorry I have been away. My plate has been full with the move and getting the shop up to speed never goes as good as you hope.

Ok, back to the motor.

Thank you all very much for your stories!!

The Motor is going to a Father daughter, They are going to post the pictures of the sled soon ( i hope ).

This was REALLY HARD to deside!!!!

There are more then a few reasons I chose them.

#1 - The main reasons I felt I should pick them is they are from Minnesota and they ride outwest alot.

#2 - I have not pick anyone from Minnesota before.

#3 - He is very meticulous

And His Name is Bill Schutz, He has two daughters.

I will keep you all in mind if there is another contest in the future.

Thank you again everyone.!!!

Dan

Congrats to the winner!! I know what it's like to have a daughter who is stoked on sleddin', pretty cool!!. May you have many happy years of riding together.

Jr.
I gotta ask what this meant.... "but that would be a little underhand don't u think"

WOW!! I have no idea what the contest was or what was said but stepping up and admitting something like this when there is a real good chance you are going to get horribly trashed takes some stones. Way to man-up, Hardass. My hat is off to you. (This is meant as a compliment to anyone dense enough not to see that.)
