Colorado in April 2013?

Wife wants to go out west next April and I was wondering if there is any good riding during later April? Never been out that late and was wondering what the conditions would be on a typical year? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Complete gamble. Absolutely 0 way to give you an idea of how it will be other than february and march are typically the snowiest months but it warms up fast after that

Total gamble on having "good" snow. This passed winter I didn't ride past march if I remember right

Zero question that you can ride in late April. Good snow not predictable per above.

Thanks for the info. New Hampshire riding is usually over by end of march so wife got me a backcountry tour out there for wedding present.....typical east coaster looking for some good riding
