You are changing the subject since you are losing this argument. I have said several times that this case is bull$hit, but you are educated so why do I have to point that out? I guess it goes to show that just because you have an education, doesn't mean you are intelligent huh?


ONCE AGAIN, a DRIVERS LICENSE IS NOT A CIVIL RIGHT. It only becomes a civil right if you were denied it based on race, gender, religion or sexual orientation. Having a drivers license is a state right.

Civil Rights Law is the area of law protecting those rights guaranteed by the Bill of Rights, the 13th and 14th Amendments to the Constitution, including the right to due process, equal treatment under the law of all people regarding enjoyment of life, liberty, property, and protection.

The 13th amendment deals with abolishing slavery. The 14th amendment requires states to provide equal protection of civil rights under the law to all people within their jurisdictions (federal, state, or local!!!) and was used in the mid-20th century to dismantle racial segregation in the United States.

Equal protection includes someone that qualifies to get a driver's license. A federal right (mostly includes the Bill of Rights as mentioned) is a civil right...a state right is a civil right....a local government right is a civil right (like your little library card that I recommend your ignorant a$$ uses more). No government entity can turn down anyone if they qualify for something....CIVIL RIGHTS....because the 13 and 14th amendments protect it!!! You need to change your avatar to a chimp.

Ok, let me explain this to you as if you were a 3rd grader again. If I live in a small town in Laos and the a local government allows me to eat dog as stated in their laws....that is a civil right of that community/CIVILized community. If I am a member of that community I can eat dog when I want....if I am a Frenchman coming in and I start to dish up some dog for myself....well I can go to jail because I'm not a member of that CIVILized community. I didn't contribute any dogs to the community pot so I am not entitled to it as a foreigner.
