Hamas survives the same way Jessie Jackson and his ilk do.
They convince the people that without them they are doomed.
They convince the people that they (Hamas) is the only thing keeping them from being killed by the evil Isrealies.

They just make sure to NEVER point out that they are the ones starting the chit to begin with. When Isreal responds Hamas stands up and says "see, we told you so".

Well, now Hamas realizes they are looking at obliteration. They are still trying saying they are protecting the people while at the same time using them as human shields. It runs up the civilian casualties and they then use that show how evil Isreal is.

However, this time there are a few things different.
Hamas has sent reps. to Egypt to talk to the UN, US, Isreal and the EU reps to see what it would take to end the fighting. If they can't end the fighting, Isreal will end them. They know this.

This is going to end one of two ways. Hamas gets it back broken. They may retain power, but they will never again be the power they were just 2 months ago.

Or

It will escalate into a war drawing a number of other Arab nations in. This is the one Hamas is hoping for and Egypt is trying to stop.

Name calling? Hardly, at least when I open my big mouth I make an argument. I don't just regurgitate what someone else has already said, or say.. "yeah, you go get him (insert name)...".

He follows me from post to post (I would bet he searches for my threads) and asks for proof in every single thread, which I typically always do. Yet he has never offered up one real argument.

Actually, that is exactly what you usually do.....

You don't get as many responses as you use to from most because it's seen as a waste of time (although you do grate often enough on some to elicit a response...hence the manhood comments back and forth). You're seen as uninformed in real life experiences and naive. And someone who just plain doesn't 'get it'. Stay with us grasshopper, you to shall be taught the ways......

I really hope Israel follows through to the end with this, and levels those f#*! kers once and for all. I think they know that they only have about a week left to finish business, before the new administration starts putting lots of preasure on them to pull out. Hamas reminds me of the kid in school with the big mouth, that always got his @ss kicked when confronted! Pretty ironic how these supposed tuff guys want to start sh!t, then run and hide in schools, churches, etc.

guess that makes since, good thing you were 4 miles away... you said that they'd attack you and "you were provokeing them out of a racist crime." To me, exactly what happend to you is why the US govt should not let ppl here unless they totally believe in america and can SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND us. I agree Hamas should be removed but they are the only ones preventing Israel from wiping Lebanon off of the map.
