Can for 2012 M800

I've got 6 days of riding on my 800 with THE THING CAN.
Al checked preasuresagains stock preasures and they are both 3 PSI.
No power loss and little louder than stock but 14 Lbs is the loss in weight
I also have Muff pot in the can
I like it.

I have been running a J&T Performance can. I weighed the can at 3.5 lbs with a UPS scale. It sounds great not to loud with a nice raspy tone. I have put about 150 miles on with it. I noticed no power loss at all with the can compared to the stock can. I was side hilling on the pipe side in deep snow very slow while feathering the throttle trying to get the sled to bog with no success. This can rocks! No bogs at all sounds great with no power loss! Good job J&T!!

Lookin for an HPS update. Anyone, anyone
Not makin excuses but I was told that the hanger mounting tabs were the wrong gauge and will be 1st week Jan for hitting the dealers--- Glad snow is down- but everything I mean everything seems to come very slow this year for these sleds.....:face-icon-small-fro

WOW your dealer is High-$325.00 here ( if we get any) That is what we were quoted included tax-- I would gladly pay you tuesday for a HPS can today!!!!
Is that the pic from the Utah Snow Show?

Didn't ask Scott when I was on the phone about the price, just what I read somewhere... 325.00 is even better. I poached the pic from hardcoresleder. Scott was supposed to send me a pic, I figured that was it:becky:

Just installed an MBRP on mine, weighed both and turns out to be a 12.6 lb weight savings. Nice throaty sound, doesn't seem too loud, should hopefully get some gopro footage for the sound tomorrow, 4' of fresh here at 2000' el.

How did it fit? The MBRP's that my dealer got didn't fit very well at all, they wouldn't even sell them. They were waiting for info from MBRP on what to do.

I was ready to buy one before I saw the fit...

It fit perfectly, what didn't fit right? It looks like they've extended the exhaust a tad from the first version, it comes through the belly pan by maybe 1/4" - 3/8"

My dealer was selling D&D's but I didn't like how loud they were so I waited for a bit.

The cans wouldn't line up with the exit hole in the belly pan. They were like a half hole off. The mount didn't sit flat on the chassis either, which I think was causing the outlet to be off. Come to think of it I think my dealer said MBRP was going to send them a piece of pipe to hose clamp on to the stinger. Sounds like they made changes to yours. Does the rear mount sit flat on the frame?

The three mounting points all fit fine with the stock rubbers. The exit hole lines up perfectly. My dealer said that they were having some issues with fitment and thats why it took so long to get them.

I agree with SledBC MBRP is surprisingly quiet with 13 lb weight savings, I had no issue installing the pipe ( remember to use the stock rubbers off of the suitcase ) pipe is a little low out of the bottom so I'm going to cut so it's flush, should stop any possible bogs from happening. So far I'm liking the can I use to have an MBRP on my REV the thing was ridiculoulsy loud.
