Wondering if there is a site or a way to see latest updates for my 2009 163. Doubt dealer would notify me? Anyone on here know of any?

Thanks Fellas:) I guess, just like all the rest of the sleds,, Just keep throwing money at the clutches....Never happy, Helixs make great candle holders by the way.....Old lady really likes the "The Dalton ones";)

Only thing i have seen is the clutch alignment service bulletin. And its not much of a revelation!!lol

You should know by now that you need at least a few hundred bucks a week for the clutch flavor of the week!! ;-) Whats this week different ramps or was it magic arms?
It's not a good season till you have doubled the value of your sled in mods and gadets...

i have a dalton 44-40 candle holder CHEAP if interested:eek:

Yep, spoke with my dealer Friday on the phone and asked if there were any service bullitens for the wifes X 154 E-Tec and he said no, not yet.

I also asked about the sleds leaking coolant, and he said that he's only seen a couple that were doing it. I guess he must be lucky, cause seems like a lot of the new sleds are doing it.

Thanks Brew, I might just do that. I like the tuning part. My clutching is great and only took a few miles and a about 500.00 to get it good. I am never happy though. The parts these days are so expensive. Not like the old days of Cat helixes 40.00, now a days 140.00 a pop.

Thinking about that helix you got T/A I would probably take it if it did'nt have that 44 in the front LOL. Give me a price though I can add to the collection, Have a guy coming over this week to do his sled, could make it work.

Anybody want to get rid of some 441s, need them for Grinding this week, don't want to pay new price though.

Oh and while I am ranting, thanks BRP for sending me sleds for the last couple of years with clutches that look like a fiddlers elbow!!!!

Dealer told me today that after 10 hours they have to pull the primary off and retorque the bolts on the ramps.....this is apparently a service bulletin.

re-torque the bolts holding the ramps? Weird. On my '07 XRS demo it was missing 2 of the 6 bolts holding those ramps down. Sled was brand new with 0 miles. Took pictures but BRP techs said they didn't believe me. Weren't even marks in the casting showing a bolt was ever there.

At 10hrs my techs take both clutches apart and inspect and clean. Making sure everything is within spec and tight. Shouldn't need a service bulletin to tell a tech to do that.
