I just bought the sled and it had them installed. I sell skis as part of my business and I am just biased against them. I would rather have a 6" wide ski than an 8". Coming off a Cat with 6" skis and see no reason for the surfboards where we ride (late season).
thanks johnmaster, similar conditions here I guess, that's why the bx appealed to me as to the mtx, like to share your thoughts since your in the ski business?

Merry Christmas to me

I saw mommy kissing my new hell hound skies underneath the mistletoe last night... do da doo da doo...

I think I am going to give the c&a boondockers for my rmk assault a try, deep powder isn't common here as we have more heavy snow, I want something that doesn't push as much as the grippers but rather able to old a tight turn on off camber hills and tree lines at slower speeds...you know turn on a dime as they say, just afraid they might wear me out before the day is done(not getting any younger:face-icon-small-dis) any thoughts? or other ski suggestions welcome.

Here is a video with the C&A Pro Boondock skis being tested: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CNBOQD1t9aI&feature=c4-overview&list=UUYawv6RTUyCrHNP4UPsCwow
