Who's the guy on the miniature sled?
nice vid. Nice drops too. So do you guys bottom out on those drops or does you body hurt when you land???? Never done any big drops but when I see people doing them it reminds me of coming up long on a big double and realizing that the pain is coming.......
Good stuff and thanks for sharing.
It's the "Hot Wheels" version of a sled....
Great Video, how is the leg?
Y
thanks lee, the leg is unfortunately pretty much the same as you saw it if not worse. havent seen the doc yet. i cant stretch the calf muscle to a normal standing position. i have to have my leg up kinda, well i guess i could wear heals, that would help, well my leg at least, not my dignity.
twas quite the epic day! anybody goin up this saturday?
yeah, goin up......................to Pemberton to the BigDawg!!!
The question is...why aren't more of you going up and representing WA??
modsledr
Well $4.50 a gallon and the equivalent of being pulled over twice (boarder crossings) a hotel stay minimum Friday night all to discover the mountain is socked in this weekend so no Pemby Ice Cap and you could have had the same snow conditions at Gold Creek and spent the money saved (by not going to Canada) on dinner for the whole fam at the Outback Steak House Friday & Saturday night which the wife and kids would appreciate and still had more money in the bank and hall passes to go on a sunny weekend - I ask you why you'd go out of town this weekend??
I'm with ya Rosco....not interested in driving 12 hours to sit and watch people rebuild their clutches at the bottom of a hill waiting to see.
As for the steak, the bloomin onion is good, but Jak's is my fav for some beef....and while you're in the area of issaquah, might as well hit Stan's BBQ...good stuff!!
soooo after almost a week of limping around the house and not working i decided to go to the Doc's today. turns out the calf muscle is torn and i'll need another week on my butt. but hopefully after this vicodin filled video game playing week i'll be back on the saddle and ready to put my adrenal glands to work once more.
and for those who missed it or just plain need another laugh here it is again.
