Baker saturday!

Wow those are some sweet pics! What kind of setup do you have?

Thanks. I used a Canon EOS 30D body with a few different lenses. I brought 3 with me that day:

Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM That's the ultra wide angle I used for the people shot, inside YamaMauler's truck, and the shot of the Twin Sisters.

Canon Zoom EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Image Stabilizer USM That's the one I used for the jump series.

Canon Zoom Telephoto EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS (Image Stabilizer) USM. I used this lens for the shots of Brandy stuck, and YamaMauler riding.

Rosco, thanks for the nice pics! :) So clear... :D

I can't help it if everyone wants their picture taken w/ me! hehehe ;) I look so freaking short there.........

And the stuck pic... doesn't even look steep at all. lol I love the one of the guys looking up like "wtf now!" :)

The "multiple frame" picture rocks. :) You need to come riding more often!

Thanks - and someone had to give you a hard time. :D The slope never looks as steep in photo's, just like it never looks as steep until you're 3/4 of the way up!

Thanks Roscoe

Just wanted to say thanks for getting some killer pics of Cory and I. You have to come up riding more often with us. Thanks Jesse Thompson

Rosco, you done good again...!

Beauty shots. Thanks for the postings!!
And to GTG... there was SO much untracked we were pullin' 1/2 mile sidehills with no other tracks in sight. It wasn't super fresh but definitely carveable and I left a good 2' trench everywhere I went.

SWEEEEET... so glad the snow sweetened up for ya' all!! Baker's big enough for all our gas, yes!!

Note to self.. gotta get vents.

You too?? I think it's a "should've had that done" moment.

Nice pics. What a perfect day. I couldn't get over how hot it was. I saw the planes and copter as well. Popped my contact out of my eye looking up at the plane just before making a pull on the lookout shoot. Holy cow that got soft as the day warmed up, just about had to turn out in the "I hope I don't have to go back down that s*#t" spot. Sweet pull by the turbo yami, but I did see the dragon who followed got stuck between a rock and a hard spot, looked like a good place to test the integrity of the shovel. Seemed to be a lot of shovels broken lately. That road in and out was wicked. :sun::beer;

Thats a Sweet pic of you there GOOD TO GO, the pic you sent me the other day with the guy named chris, I think we rode with him to day up at stamped

Was up Friday (sorry about all the tracks, Saturday peeps...not). Snow was fast and fun. Rode w/Papa Bear and Ruffryder, and met Soccerd6 and Powder Head for a few hours too. The sky's parted in the afternoon and we rode until we were out of gas (the machines too...tow ropes are GOOD)...

Well, it wasn't no 15" + deep, but it was great snow no doubt. Pic's near Skate park; Ruffy and Papa Bear in the air..

We shot alot of video (Thanks Ruffryder) and I'm excited to see any of it. It was good times, hardly anyone riding any of the areas, beautiful weather. No doubt, the clear skys of today (Saturday) were to die for, but we got the snow!!!

co-workers like the pics - thanks

Got a couple nice dismounts too!

We didn't get the best one unfortunately. I was coming down a hill on our way out to a new play area, figured a nice carve to another uphill section would be cool, layed the sled over, but the wrong way.

I was making my way off the sled as it was starting to roll down hill, but managed to stand on the foot rail while it was sliding sideways kind of surfer like. I guess it looked cool, but at the time I was wondering what I was doing still up in the air. Figured I should have landed in snow or something.

It all happened right in front of 6 sleds parked looking right at me. It was the weirdest thing that I have done on the sled.

Rosco, your picts are amazing! You really make the rest of us look like the amatures that we are.
