Ordered a custom brake line in April. Haven't been able to get ahold of him.

well i did a post on how much i dis-liked him awhile back when i first started snowest because i ordered acouple of them pissing on treehuggers shirts off of his sight and he took the money out of our account and never got the shirts. but after days and days of emailing and calling we finally got ahold of him and gave our money back because he said the shirts are custom made or somthing and didn't have any at the time. but othere then that, sounds like his brake lines and risers are awsome. mabey you will have better luck then i did.
thats my 2cents worth.

He sells our brake lines. Give us a hollar if no luck.
Thank you,
RSI

Be careful ordering anything from student driver as he is substituting inferior products, when he runs out of stock. Trying to get a refund out of him is tuff as he won't answer his phone if he reconizes the phone #. Recomend paying by CC that you can do a charge back or you may not get a refund.

That's funny coming from you.
That was the very same time that I'd moved to Kuna and discovered that I needed to get roaming turned on on my phone service (damn Cricket)
I found about 10 messages all from you in 1 weeks time accusing me of everything under the sun and actually threatening me.
At this point, you'd not even paid for the cables yet or the grip heaters you ordered 3 weeks before that point, and ya, it pissed me off.

You are the same guy who took over 3 months paying $70 for an $85 riser set up,
refused to pay any where neer retail for any parts over a 5 year period now, and refused to even pay my cost on the good cables, so ya, I built you up a cheep set out of SPI cables to get you off of my back, I only charged yo $27,50 each as that is exactly what I was into them for including the longer top parts to extend them. You will also notice that the Gravity Worx name was NOT on them.
They weren't good enough for you, so when you sent your Son-In-Law over, I gave him a check refunding all but retail on the grip heaters you got.
I wrote that check right in front of him put it in his hand.

I just now looked again at my on-line statement, and see that the check hasn't cleared yet, so I'm thinking you need to either get it from him, or come and get another one from me.
You, and your family all know exactly where I live, you have my E-Mail, and I've not heard or seen a phone call from you since you called *****ing about having to pay retail for the grip heaters.

In short Doug,
If you are going to throw me under the bus, That's fine.
But at least get your story straight and tell the whole thing.

Darin is a stand up guy!

Not only did he USPS Express the part, he sent me a 50% REFUND!!!:D:beer;:beer;

Great service for me too, didn't have the part on hand ready, so sent me the one part right away and free shipping on the second as soon as he got it, wnet out of his way to get me my cables before our sled trip.

Darin is a good guy that goes out of his way to make people happy. Most are, some aren't. You can't please everyone. I've had nothing but good luck with him and his products. Like most in the aftermarket business he stays busy and is sometimes hard to reach. Being a one man show has it's drawbacks but also helps to keep the cost of the product down. Overall, he is more concerned with the customer than most out there.

Not sure what your beef is with him Poltax. Maybe you should take it up with him face to face? I know (and so does he) that I would.

Darin is great to do business with. I have done business with him for years, and he is always great to deal with, and takes care of his customers.
