I will have a beer or 2 max at dinner and I will drive home. I have a CDL so my limit is .04. So I'm not risking it.

People make bad choices, and people make mistakes. We are all human. There is a big difference between drinking and driving and drunk driving. Do I agree with drunk driving...no!. Have I done it......yes. I know I did more than my fair share of it in my younger days, how I never got a DUI or killed myself or someone else, I don't know, luck I guess. One thing I do know, is if someone kicked my a$$ for it, I still wouldn't have quit doing it. Hell, senior year in highscool I was involved in a drunk driving accident, I was not driving I was a passenger, but my buddy who was driving hit a street sign at about 60 mph. Sign post broke off at ground, sign hit the cab right above him just above the windshield, and it hit the cab so hard that it exploded the windshield. Had the sign been a few inches shorter it would have come through the windshield and probably took his head off. Did that stop my drinking and driving drunk.....no. What did was growing up and maturing and becoming a resposible adult. Unfortunately, some people never grow up and mature. I do not have a problem with responsible people having 1 or 2 (depending on tolerance) with dinner, or after work and then driving home. Key word is RESPONSIBILITY and knowing your limits if you are going to drive.
