This isn't about what we can or can't control. It's about being a responsible human! I don't agree with the really low alcohol limits. Like your saying blitz. Everyone should be able to have a couple beers at a dinner out. But for all these guys on here saying they drive around drinking is what I strongly disagree with. This isn't a Weener war, this is simply what is wrong and right. Period.

Internet tough guy!!!!!!! How do you know the guy that went in the ditch didn't just have a stroke, a heart attack, a brain anurisim or some kind of seizure? While you the internet tough guy are beating his ***, he is just laying there dying. Really tough people beat on people who are dying. I am against drunk driving as much as the next guy. Somebody made me think about this once. If I am on my way home from work and decide to have 1 beer in my car for the drive. If a cop sees me and pulls me over and I pass the test, am I drunk? No! Am I buzzed? No. Let me go on my way I have done nothing wrong. Now with that said I have turned in plenty of people for drunk driving and law has caught them and they were drunk. Once I got 2 with the same phone call. seems that before the law caught them they switched drivers and were both drunk. Long story. But walking up to a car this day and age and being a tough guy attempting to beat some azz is only going to get you killed and the killer drunk or not is going to be well within his rights to protect himself from harm. Make the phone call. Let the law do their job. That is what they are trained and paid for.

And all this tough guy rant is coming from someone who lives in a state that promotes the possibility of drinking and driving. Drive in liquor stores. Really?

It's all in context..... A couple years ago in MT it was legal to have open containers in vehicles.
On the return trip home from riding my passengers would a be kicking back some cold ones. And yes I would have a beer on the drive home, and no there is nothing wrong with that. I like to think we are all responsible, it's just knowing where that line is located.

For Christ sake people!!
Of course I wouldn't beat a guy having a heart attack azz!!
I would only feel the need to beat your azz if I KNEW you were drunk!! Not having a heart attack, or some medical trance!! Quit clouding up what were talking about here! I am taking about driving impaired, from alcohol. Not Vicodin, weed or anything else. I'm talking out of anger on here. Due to the tards in SD that are very proud that they drive impaired!
How many people do you know that have got away with driving drunk? Seems like these people just get lucky by not getting caught by law enforcement. And they are oh so proud of that.
If your daddy didn't beat some common sense into you. I sure would like to be the one who does!! I'm not hunting people down here!! I'm talking about seeing someone who is driving drunk, seeing them stop somewhere (not their f'n house) and not just a instant azz whippin but if he wants to Argue about driving drunk when he obviously is. I would put the drunk SOB in his place !

And obviously there is alot of people who don't do the right thing and call in drunk drivers. Because there are of of innocent deaths daily due to drunk driving and obviously there were others on the road when it happens.

What are you going to do in that situation? Follow him untill he t-bones a suburban with mom and a babby inside? while your waiting for the cops to arrive? And if the drunk does stop, what are you going to tell the drunk guy. " sir, are you driving drunk? Would you please stay here while I call the police to come arrest you?"
Come on people.

Don't matter if you had 1 beer or 6. You have a open beer bottle in the cup holder when law dog gets there. Your not leaving without a ticket at the minimum and maybe jail.

And for drive in liquor. You think i write the laws? And I issue liquor licenses?
And are you that ignorant to think I would move out of the state I was born and raised because they have drive through liquor stores. It's not like I can get a shot of whisky through the dam window. It's package liquor sales. And if that package is open if/when you get pulled over. Your in big trouble

The SD guys are messing with you and you fell for it. Now if you do beat a guys azz after he mouths off to you as you said. Whether that guy is drunk or not, you are going to jail buddy. It is called assault. And if your buddy is there because it seems to take 2 of you with 3 guns to handle one maybe drunk, he will be in jail also if you aren't both dead. You seem to me to be a hot headed young punk, trust me when the cops get there and you mouth off to him (and you will) they will hand you your azz.

One more thing. Can you honestly say you have never driven a vehicle after drinking?

Are you a Doctor or a trained paramedic who can recognize a medical condition? Seizures strokes and other conditions can all be mistaken for drunkenness. Slurred speech poor reflexes, not being able to answer questions, loss of memory, loss of balance.

Snowmow: Are you drunk?

guy who just had stroke: wha blah wuz tuu mlah fo we raf

Snowmow: You gettin smart with me?

guy who just had stroke: blah wa do dah day

Snowmow yelling back to his car: Hey buddy get up here and help me beat this drunks azz. And bring the 3 guns!:D:beer;:beer;:beer;:beer;:beer;:beer;:beer;

As far as I am concerned it should still be legal for anyone of age except the driver.

Stick that in your pipe and smoke it Snowmow

I would probably have to drink and drive to and from the mountain if I rode a poo or doo also. I own a cat so I don't have to drink my sorrows of owning a sled named after a turd away!! Hahahahahahahah
