Oh, you meant THAT kind of cougar. Boy, do I feel like a horse's azz now. Anyways, first post in a possibly legendary thread.
. I'm sure that you guys have seen some of my videos around. Maybe I should look into some of those mods, what do most of you guys reccommend?

I tend to be a little rough on my equipment, I'm sure that you guys have seen some of my videos around.
I can honestly say I wouldn't recognize the rider in any of those films if I ran into him on the street.
I'm always paying a lot more atention to the ride and not the rider.
A good jump at the beginning of the video is always good but in reality that type of riding is less sustainable than a good segment on carving big curves and playing in the deep.
When I was 16 I got to ride this Cougar that I borrowed from my boss at the time.
I rode that thing as much as I possibly could back then.
I'd have to say, that was the ride I learned most of my skills that I use today.
I was the king of the world but then I got fired and I couldn't ride it anymore.
Memories...
are we talking sleds here
or is this the new muff pot smells like tuna thread?
i have been riding late models all my life and have been dreaming of getting a cougar for me and the wife to ride 2 up for an evening.
My wife won't let me try out any newer or older chassis. Never had a cougar and my current ride is getting some miles on her. I tend to be a little rough on my equipment, I'm sure that you guys have seen some of my videos around. Maybe I should look into some of those mods, what do most of you guys reccommend?
As long as I am riding, it does not matter if it is the latest and greatest model out there or an old beat up, wrinkled hood, tweaked tunnel POS. As long as it still moves and the engine fires, I am on it!
I am considering taking one for a test ride. The chassis is small but well proportioned, I think it will fit my agressive riding style. It appears the previous owner took exceptional care of the components. I can only surmise that he took it for very quick rides and not that often. I am hoping the clutching bangs hard and the tunnel can take some pounding, because I plan to ride it ...., well....., till it lays wimpering in a puddle of its own lubrication.
i wish you would start recycling some of your old chassis, they are laying all around my neighborhood.
