Wow, I wish the ones for the 05 looked like that.

it can....i bet Kreg will be willing to cut you some designs in it.

we didnt do the designs in them last yer cause we were unsure of the market for them, and it was such a big cover, the cost was already higher then we would have liked, so we went with a basic setup to keep the costs down.

That thing looks so good, it is really going to suck to see the pictures of it wrapped up in a tree! LOL

Just kidding, that thing looks fanfreakingtastik!

--the 09 front bumper is bent, so doesnt line the hood up the best, but its something i can deal with till i can afford a new Skinz front bumper

--the MAG side left fender tweaks when i bolt the fender to the front nose plastic and has a small crack now by the bolt hole...removed fender but its not lining up very well to the side panel/hood...so its not the best looking...so will continue to mess with this over time...

--need to get the crack on the lower support bracket of the SLP pipe welded up

--install Turboboyz EGT bracket on handlebars

--got a deal on some Fat Boy springs to use, installed them and now the track nubs on the track are resting on the springs (by the upper idler wheels) so will either work with it and see if the spring adjuster helps, change to 6" upper idler wheels, or go back to stock springs for now?

--eventually make my own intake setup like BiggDawg did, but will be a while before i get to that

pretty much done with the sled till i get some riding in, which wont happen this weekend like i was hoping...

the dealer doesnt have the oil pump seal for her 700, so have to order it, so will be a week, then have to install her motor, ski and track alignment, install 43" zbroz arms (sold her Holz arms)...then i will have someone with me to ride...

also got a call today from work and they said i will be flying to Panama City FLorida THIS saturday for a week for fire fighter training...so no chance of riding this weekend for sure anyways...

SLP pipe is at the welders now...will be back this week...got some Skidoo 6" upper idler wheels of ebay for $15 (used), to lift the track off the torsion springs...

removed the MAG side fender and tried tweaking it, and redoing some stuff to get it to line up to the hood/side panel better....its "better" then it was for sure, but its not perfect....so dont dog me if you dont like it...LOL...

just need to get a NEW SKINZ 09 front bumper one of these days to replace my tweaked 09 bumper...and make my own intake setup like BD when i get more free time...

also got a call from Eric (MH) today and he gave me some GREAT inputs on the chassis brace i am using..which i of coarse corrected today as well..

--on the MAG side, i was using JUST the Dragon engine brace bar, and not the OEM 900 engine brace that connects to the rear motor mount housing...i was using the dragon one cause it was cleaner and to support the RAW chassis steering hoop...(which is VERY weak IMO, so i know i will bend it eventually)

but on the PTO side, i am using the stock 900 engine brace...

he stated that the 900 has certain "flex" points that rely on the engine supports to do what they do, and since i didnt have the MAG side, it might flex wrong or not support the bulkhead correctly...so i added the MAG side OEM support...i left the dragon support on cause it still fit next to the stock support, and it will still keep the steering hoop more rigid then it would with it not being there at all...

so thanks for the call and info MH :)
