I am going to try and pitch the screws to mount the hood, and find some quick release pins. I like to just yank the hood off my sled...

I have Skinz Float Plate and Bars as well... savin up for a seat cover... thats next on my list..

When I started, I couldnt decide colors, so I just stuck with black. Figured I couldnt go wrong. Got a deal on the chrome windshield. Might have a decal on the hood so it looks like a 03' Escape.. those were my favorite looking sleds...

Looks good! Hopefully my two bumpers and seat cover will ship this week. I might throw a rear bumper in too???

All bumpers to date will be here on Wednesday and they will be shipping on Thursday. Some of you in Canada and AK will be getting an email for additional shipping. Bumpers ended up costing more to ship than what you were charged.

Paul. My bumper arrived on Friday. I spent a couple of hours today installing it on my 05 900. Thanks! The install went pretty easy. It looks really good. My biggest problem was the alum. block-off plate which was a little more fun to trim than the plastic shown in the instructions. Here's some pics.





Without the stock bumper the usual spot to screw the hood cables is gone. I moved the screws in so the cables don't pull up on the plastic inserts. I then had to strengthen the plastic cover plate so I added screws thru the plate into the bumper. I plan on cutting a new top plate out of aluminum. I still need to add the plastic pieces to cover up the stock bumper holes but hockey is on and I have the big screen tonight.
